It was my first time ever having a massage and I went all out and booked a full body. Julie was extremely professional, lovely and really attentive. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I was asked if I had any problem areas and Julie focused on those parts of my body. This was my first experience at The Willows and Julie was amazing. I am having some health issues that mean I struggle to sit comfortably but Julie took great care during my pedicure to ensure I was comfortable and ok throughout and my feet now feel amazing!
