Great service . I travel far to order their products . Guys are super helpful and they have the lighter man made composite tiles / slates for the roof . ( I bought 650 of them . ) plus the batten etc . Just got my back roof done as well now . Looks superb . The copper fixing were in stock too to hold them in place. Delivery was prompt and super polite helpful driver . 10 / 10
Absolutely incredible service. We are in Norfolk needed only 96 tiles so, Marcus at Cranbrook arranged with Paul at Basingstoke to have this small order put in the boot of Pauls car as he was visiting family in Norfolk.

More particularly.... when I ended up locked out of my car, I wasn't made to feel like the idiot I really was and got treated to a cuppa tea, some TV and a comfy sofa in the staff room while I waited to be rescued.
