My little dog Muffy, had blocked tear ducts and we saw Clodagh at Four Marks, who was absolutely sweet and gentle with her. Having recently moved to the area, it was her first visit. Muffy is a two and a half year old Shih Tzu, and used to go happily in to the surgery, but she has learned to become rather fearful and shrinks into me whenever she realises where she is, so it was wonderful to meet Clodaght who was sweet and gentle and kind. Great experience here so far (have been using them for a year or two). The reception team are very efficient and friendly. The vets we’ve seen have been very friendly and happy to answer any questions we have. We’ve only had routine check ups and vaccinations but they’ve seemed very competent in terms of answering broader health questions and great with handling my lovely, but slightly skittish GSD cross. I use their subscription service to have flea and worm treatments delivered to our home address and this has worked very well.

Visited for a routine vaccination with Flynn my Border Collie. Every member of staff was welcoming and took time to cover everything I needed to discuss. Thank you so much for an easy and relaxing visit for Flynn. Meg our other collie popped in to use the scales too!

Had an appointment for our Greek Rescue dog to have a vaccination. We were delighted to meet Sylvia Agathou who was overjoyed to meet Nas (Anastis) and who even knew the town where he was found so badly injured. She couldn't have been kinder.

I’m an extremely nervous patient and I can highly recommend Dr Dhinsa, he helped me through 2 tooth extractions and a filling without sending me into a panic attack. He also let me play my own music which was very nice.

What an amazing dental surgery. Lovely environment inside the building. Staff are really caring. Highly recommend if you have a child that's nervous about dental check ups. We've used two other dental practices in Sandhurst previously, this is head and shoulders above those.

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emma always took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer any questions I had. Every member of staff who I dealt with always made sure to go above and beyond to accommodate. The Invisalign aligners were easy to use, and the progress has left me with a massive smile. Literally. I attended an appointment to have my teeth professionally cleaned. The appointment was scheduled by telephone , and started right on time. The dentist was calm, professional and talked through all actions using a water spray gun from with in my mouth , removed years of debris from in side my mouth both upper and lower jaws. My mouth knew that it had been worked on but in a good way. It made me keen to improve my teeth brushing techniques using an electric tooth brush rather than relying on an ordinary tooth brush. One does pay for this quality of dentistry but what price healthy teeth? I am retired.

6 months of Invisalign with Emma and the results are superb.. Emma and her team are amazing. Emma gives a lot of her time to make sure that everything is perfect.She is gentle and makes everything as comfortable and easy as possible. I’d highly recommend her. Is it worth it in your 50’s? Yes definitely !

I was with my previous vets for 30 years and moved to Cedar Vets because it was close to my home. As a newbie to Cedar Vets, my first impression is that it is a very friendly and welcoming practice. Outstanding communications with regard to appointments and medications/treatments. All the staff at this practice greeted me and my two pets like we were part of the family. I couldn't be happier with this new vets and would highly recommend the practice.

We contacted Wessex Electrical Services at short notice as we needed to have a larger fuse fitted to facilitate the installation of a new electric oven. My dog was hit by a car and I really thought with his injuries he would not make it through the night. He went into cedar vet in Alresford where he had the very best care and although his injuries were very severe, he came through and I have just got him home after only 3 days. His recovery has been remarkable and at every stage I was kept fully informed and so was confident he was in the best hands. The hand over was clear and reassuring and I hope he will continue to get better at home

We normally take Dexter to see Millie who is absolutely fantastic but we saw Lisa who was equally friendly and really focused on putting Dex at ease first. We felt listened to which is the service we like. Such a fantastic vets, we always come away happier knowing our fur baby is happy.

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. My treatments have been exceptional and my first hygienist appointment today, was excellent. I have never had such a positive experience at a dental practice before. In fact, I had been quite demoralised by the dental system until finding No5, who have restored my faith. Thank you to all, so glad a friend recommended that I come to you.

My husband saw Debbie to deal with a serious tooth ache on a molar. It needed immediate root canal and this was dealt with as gently and carefully as anyone could wish for. This is coming from someone who is very squeamish at the dentist. He would definitely recommend Debbie as a brilliant dentist.

I’ve had stressful experiences at the dentist in the past (not this practice) and felt nervous about my appointment. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and I felt that I was in good hands during my checkup. I can highly recommend Smilemakers wholeheartedly. My daughter has just completed her orthodontic treatment and now has the perfect smile! Everybody has been so kind, making the whole experience easy and painless. Thanks so much to Melina and the team. I am absolutely terrified of Dentist. I have had some horrible experiences in the past so today going in to smilemakers on Hamble lane i was very anxious but Saadiq and Morgan made me very comfortable and friendly explained what they were going to do and made me feel at ease. Very happy after invisalign treatment, whitening and bonding. Melina & Jade were the best! Jason was exceptional too. Very friendly, extremely professional and the results are worth every penny. From start to finish everything about Smile Makers is fields ahead of previous dental experiences.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!

I took my neighbour's cat in last night just as the vets were closing. I knew she looked very unwell and was very old. We didn't have an appointment, I just called in a panic and they said to come straight there. They were so so kind to us. They stayed open late and did all they could for her. They were so good at updating me and calling her owner on the phone. Then they waited for me to get my daughter from work to say goodbye. They gave us tissues and cried with us. They were so kind to Angel the cat and all her humans. They worked out what was wrong and kindly explained to us all, over and over again, that we couldn't have done anything else and it was time to make her comfortable and let her go. Their kindness and empathy of all the staff, the vets and the receptionists really helped us at a very sad time and ensured that Angel's final moments were calm and stable with people who cared for her and we are very grateful to them all

We cannot fault Hook Veterinary Surgery, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have pet plan and pet plan+ for our fur babies. Pet plan+ really does give you extra peace of mind knowing that you can go for a consultation and not have to pay anything for that. You also get a good discount on treatments and products with pet plan. We have had our first dog spayed and also teeth cleaned there, they give such amazing care. Our new rescue dog is booked in for teeth cleaning next week and then a spay in March, we know she will be really cared for. Highly recommended.
