Jenni in the office was friendly and helpful. She managed to get a plumber out to me in three hours. Dan fixed the leaks in the pipes around our boiler quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Bracknell Plumbing and Heating to everyone. Their service was exceptional.

Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. All the team were very responsive, helpful and the job was done quickly with excellent quality and the site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . A very old boiler needed a service but it quickly became clear it needed to be sent to a museum. The guys moved their schedule to fit a replacement boiler the following week.
