Sharmin did an excellent job fixing our shower and replacing our old electric shower with a thermostatic one. Job was done in one day and he made a huge effort to not remove more tiling than was necessary. He was tidy and considerate and I would fully recommend him.

While searching London for an electrician I stumbled across Woods Electrical, and I'm glad I did. After been told by a previous company which panel lights to order I needed them install, called Woods Electrical and they came to me very quickly to have a look at thr job. Michael came to the job personally and was friendly and professional. Unfortunately he informed me that the lights advice by previous person wouldn't be suitable for the space due to the voltage reasons, but without accepting that and walking away he recommended the correct light fittings and where to purchase them. The correct lights arrived and Woods Electrical sent Alek, he got to work straight away and made every job look easy and quick. He fitted numerous light fittings, replaced numerous plug faces and even installed few extra power points around my building. I was happy to let him get on with his work safely and left him to do what he needed to do in the time he was there, returning to the job it was clean and tidy with all new fittings completed to the highest spec. I will absolutely be using Woods Electrical in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to meet their Electrical needs, so if you want an electrician who is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, professional, clean and gets the job done right choose Woods Electrical Ltd.

I was recommended this place by a neighbour, it was definitely a good recommendation. 😋 Flavours were delicious, I think it was the best fried rice dish I’ve ever tasted! Octopus balls also very tasty. Presentation of food also notable and appreciated! nice to see care and love in prepping and serving our food. We will certainly order from here again.

Kato opened about four weeks before our visit for a midweek dinner. The decor is consequently fresh and the ambiance of this pan-Asian restaurant positive. I opted for a bao bun for my starter followed by beef rendang as my main course. The flavours were good.

10/10 on the food, ambience & service - we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Leslie, who looked after us on our visit, was so welcoming, bubbly & friendly, not only to us but to everyone who walked through the door. We took advantage of the 2 courses @ £16.50 deal (available from Sun-Fri until 5pm), which worked well for our budget. Kato is such a fantastic addition to Whickham & the North East food scene!

1st time eating here and was not disappointed. The staff were so friendly, the atmosphere and decor was amazing and the food was even better than I imagined. We ordered the Dumpling and Spring Roll sharing platters and the spicy beef bao bun (See pics) for our starters, which were soooooooo good we could have easily ordered a whole load more. Our mains were a mix and again tasted sublimely good. I think we each tried each other's dishes. I will defo have to come back again and again just to work through the menu. Highly recommend.

Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. They’re really respectful and careful of your home—shoes off, no touching of freshly painted walls, tidied up after themselves, vacuumed etc. They really know their stuff, I’ll be recommending to anyone who asks if I know an electrician!

Fabulous electricians - great problem solvers and their work is first rate. Worked hard all day and left the room clean and tidy at the end (including putting floorboards back into place after having had to lift them). Steve professionally upgraded my halogen infrastructure to an LED one with minimal fuss. Replaced some obsolete switches too. Additionally troubleshooted several other electrical issues. All options are considered and alternatives discussed. Can thoroughly recommend and will use again.

I had a distribution board replaced and a light fitted in my bathroom. Steve was outstanding. He came on time. Explained the work and was really easy going. Friendly and professional. Really pleased with the service from Steve! We had a new oven to fit which needed a new and a handful of other small jobs. Steve was very communicative to book in the job, with super quick responses to my emails. He arrived on time and worked quickly, checking with me when he needed to and talking me through what he was doing. He finished the job to a high standard, tidying up after himself and working round our cleaner who we forgot was coming! And top it off, very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be looking for Steve to come back for further electrical work when we need to do it!

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

Outstanding service from Andrei and colleagues who installed a Joule unvented cylinder for me recently at very short notice. I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Stefano did an awesome job of moving my radiator last week. He was courteous, professional, worked quickly and was very thorough with the whole process. When he initially arrived to give me a quote he was thorough in taking his measurements to ensure the radiator would be best fit to heat the room. He also was thorough in testing everything worked post-fitting. I am very pleased and would highly recommend him. Images attached. The linguine I inhaled from this fine establishment, made me contemplate my position in this small helpless world against something as supreme as the Devine sauce that honoured my tongue, making my tastebuds do the griddy in praise. I was left speechless breathless and ascended into the next life. if only my stomach wasn’t growling, not because I was hungry but because it was begging for more of the holy pasta only found at this restaurant. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

I have been a patient at Whickham dental practice for many years and every visit I have ever made has always been pleasant. The staff everywhere are always very friendly and smile and speak. I was very pleased with my first experience with this Whickham Dental practice. I had recently moved to Whickham and had not registered with any dental practice. I had a bit of an emergency when the cement of a bridge that was fitted 13 years previously by another dentist failed and my implant holding 3 teeth fell out. The reception staff were really sympathetic and the practice manager told me she would see Mr Dixon as soon as he was in between patients. She asked me to return in about 30 minutes and I would be seen by the dentist. He did indeed see me and rectified the problem that same day. I was so relieved and very impressed with the prompt attention I received. I will definitely recommend them.
