Michael Robinson is our favourite Geordie plumber: He's polite, caring and does a great job at the best price possible! My 82-yr old Mam lives in Newcastle and I'll be honest, she usually doesn't trust tradespeople. Yet she calls Michael an "Angel" and is impressed at how seriously he takes his job, understanding when something is urgent. For example, she recently had a boiler leak and Michael came over to fix it ASAP. And even though the job took longer than we all originally thought it would, he refused to take any more money. Therefore, my Mam and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michael as a plumber and giving him 5-stars for his 5-star service!

the staff and food was very good. Divine one might say. I ordered the seafood king linguine and to say that my soul left my body to ascend to the heavenly father would be an understatement. The pancakes were soft, sweet and warm like a hug given to an old friend. Would recommend coming here with other people

We have enjoyed two excellent dinners at this lovely little family run restaurant. Would highly recommend the pastas, pizzas and fries. The Parmagiano is fab and so is the brioche bun ice cream! V reasonable prices too.

I called Near Me Plumbers because there was water leaking through the ceiling coming from the nathroom. I then decided to update the bathroom and heating. First class service, the workmanship is fantastic. Every detail is to a high standard. I am so pleased with my new bathroom and heating, it's stunning. They are professional, nothing is a problem, communication was great, I had a daily progress report. I will be using them for other jobs in the future. I thank you so much for my beautiful bathroom.

Daniel was incredibly helpful when I called him on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. He even gave me the number of a local plumber who was able to help. It’s rare to come across someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially when they have nothing to gain. Really impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient at Whickham dental practice for many years and every visit I have ever made has always been pleasant. The staff everywhere are always very friendly and smile and speak. Any treatment I have ever had has always been virtually pain free and clean and efficient. I would recommend this dentist practice to anyone. Keep up the good work !

I was very pleased with my first experience with this Whickham Dental practice. I had recently moved to Whickham and had not registered with any dental practice. I had a bit of an emergency when the cement of a bridge that was fitted 13 years previously by another dentist failed and my implant holding 3 teeth fell out. The reception staff were really sympathetic and the practice manager told me she would see Mr Dixon as soon as he was in between patients. She asked me to return in about 30 minutes and I would be seen by the dentist. He did indeed see me and rectified the problem that same day. I was so relieved and very impressed with the prompt attention I received. I will definitely recommend them.

I had been experiencing toothache over the weekend, so i contacted the practice 8am Monday morning and they had me an appointment booked for 11am the same day. Kerry was very friendly and explained the issue to me with my tooth/gum and resolved it. Highly recommend!

Always a positive experience at the Whickham Dental Practice. You enter into a calm relaxed environment with a warm welcome & greeting. The whole team are so engaging and lovely. Whether you are walking in for your annual inspection or hygienist it feels like you are meeting up with your old friends taking your mind off what is really going on. Went for the first time today. Had quiche, salad and crisps, then a millionaire shortbread. Everything was absolutely gorgeous, and lovely friendly staff . Good selection of scones and cakes and sandwiches. We'll definitely be back.

A lovely little place, only a stone's throw from the MetroCentre. Staff are really friendly and the food, both hot and cold, sweet and savoury are all lovely. Homemade scones are a real hit. Arrive early for breakfast as it fills up really quickly.

Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. They’re really respectful and careful of your home—shoes off, no touching of freshly painted walls, tidied up after themselves, vacuumed etc. They really know their stuff, I’ll be recommending to anyone who asks if I know an electrician!

Prompt service when I was stuck in a bind. Encountered a broken faucet where I had to close main water valve in order to stop water flow. Called up other plumbers who promised to show up on Saturday and never bothered to even call. Instead I called Pacific Solutiond Sunday morning and Anderson responded promptly. After showing him pictures of the broken faucet, he arrived with a new faucet and went straight to work. Was done in a couple of hours and must say thank you to Anderson once again. Couldn’t recommend this plumber more! Anderson was brilliant - he arrived within 3 hours of my call when my boiler suddenly started leaking water. He was super friendly, fixed the boiler really quickly and explained everything to me clearly so I now feel much better able to handle future boiler problems. Really reasonably priced & very efficient!

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I'm glad I chose Aren Heating & pluming. They was able to send out a gas engineer to Install my brand new cooker. From when I booked the appointment the engineer arrived at my property on the same day within minutes. Friendly engineer got straight to work and did a great job.
