I really appreciate Danielle talking such good care of me during my two recent rather lengthy and expensive but necessary appointments. I have not been able to express my gratitude after both sessions due to the numbness and general wooziness. However, I appreciate her caring nature and thoughtful explanations. I am particularly grateful for the first Saturday appointment when she was full of cold and probably really not feeling all that great but took the necessary precautions, remained cheerful and reassuring throughout.

Shout out to Steve of Pride Installations for being so thorough, informative and efficient. I appreciate the call before arriving, his high quality work as well as his knowledge and patience in describing how things work. With all the service people coming through the house to fix this or that, he is a standout in his professionalism, initiative and expertise.

Ever since me and my partner discovered this cafe we have been going back so many times I’ve lost count. Their full breakfast is one of the best, the scrambled eggs are just so creamy and I love their chorizo. Other dishes like eggs Benedict are also super delicious too. However If there’s anything that can be changed or improved is their menu size, i get that when you have a smaller menu you can focus on doing each to the best but it’s so limited that’s I have almost tried everything and I want to go back and try something different. Also the tables can be cleaned a bit better between each service.

Nothing to complain about here! Great location, atmosphere, staff, food. Had the fallow eggs, a Benedict with cheese and avocado spread. Also had a green smoothie, both were to die for!

restaurant is super nice and pleasant with good food! The menu has something spot my sights which is the soft shell crab burger! It was amazing! Their coffee is very delicious!

Came here for my dads birthday meal today! And The staff welcomed us in immediately and asked if we needed anything whilst we waited. And after a 10-15 minute wait, We got served quickly and the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The food was well worth the wait. I had the Eggs Fallow and if have it all over again. And cannot wait to go back!

A good place for breakfast. Very busy but food and drinks were served quickly. Slight problem with the door which meant it kept opening which was very draughty for those of us sitting close to the door.

This place is an absolute gem. My mum and I stopped for here for lunch and had the best experience. The owner was delightful and made great recommendations for food according to what we liked. Nothing was too much trouble and you can tell he really cares about giving great hospitality. The food was delicious and great value. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be going back.

Great little cafe/restaurant! We were visiting the area and looking for somewhere to have breakfast/brunch, when we came across Caffe Caffe. We opted for some of the Lebanese cuisine instead of the usual Full English. The owner recommended a small Mezze and wrap, which both turned out to be delicious. I would highly recommend a visit to this little gem.

My first time on this side of the river trying a cafe. After an appointment was looking around for a cosy place and found this cafe. Lovely atmosphere, polite staff with a smile and amazing food. I ordered a small mezze platter and latte. The mezze was delicious and absolutely felt bigger than small! The serving dishes were lovely and over all presentation was attractive. Look forward to visiting again. Here are some photos!

Had a really lovely roasted vegetable and mozzarella panini with salad on the side. Very cute inside with lots of cakes. Nice staff too

Streamlined interior exploits space/scale restraint with a sophisticated solution that still manages to convey both spaciousness and comfort. Usual contemporary “coffee shop” profile with little in the way of invention nor diversion - not necessarily a criticism though the “smoothies” lacked a meaningful flavour identity and were at best aspirational. Service was efficient and pleasant. Toilets exemplary. Hard to find fault here, but nevertheless I’ve tried.

Kingston is my closest Local Hero and I was delighted to make a quick stop at the Teddington branch recently . I was impressed by the use of the space ( smaller than the Kingston branch )and the friendly atmosphere. The coffee was exceptional as always.

Best coffee in Teddington. Less impressed in service on my second visit. It doesn't take much to deliver the coffee to the table. This was done the first time I went in but not this visit. Small gesture that makes you feel your being looked after.

I think I've left my swim kit in your shop. It's in a black small drawstring bag. Can't find a phone number to call . Will swing by tomorrow 10am to see.if you have it. Sally. I was sat in the front reading the "i".for ages until about 3pm today

I recently visited the Teddington branch of Local Hero and I have to say, their coffee never disappoints! This coffee shop has quickly become one of the best on Teddington High Street. The interiors are beautiful and the baristas are always super kind. I frequently go to their Kingston branch and I'm glad to see the same level of quality and service in this location. I tried their coffee called Magic - it's basically a cortado with four shots, and it’s just amazing! I can’t believe they've got a slightly low rating on Google Maps - they are definitely a must-visit for any coffee lover in the area.

Went on a sunny day, the windows and doors fully open so felt very airy. Breakfast reasonably priced for Teddington (eggs royale and vegetarian English ordered by myself and sister, vegetarian dhal curry and rice with a delicious salad ordered by my bro in law), only thing i would say is the sourdough slice was too thin and hard, but I'm sure if I'd said it would have been changed as the service was great. Flat white was good. Would definitely recommend. Friendly service too! Also some other reviews mentioned dirty toilets... I didn't find this to be the case at all.
