We moved home recently and contacted Rob regarding changing the plumbing in the utility room, servicing the boiler and stopping a leak in a showerhead. Rob and Jack were quick to come round and confirm that the pipework could be resited and completed the works ahead of schedule. A friend of ours in the trade said he had never seen such neat pipework. The boiler was serviced without any issues. This left the leaking showerhead. It should have been a simple matter of changing a valve in the cartridge. Despite hours of contact with Rob, the manufacturer and the dealership couldn't get their act together to supply the correct part, and even went as far as to say it wasn't theirs. Rob, however, was not going to let it beat him. It took a while but he found a solution to the problem and we now have a showerhead as good as new, saving us a considerable amount of money. Rob and Jack are really pleasant plumbers to have around, polite and trustworthy, and most importantly excellent workmen. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rob and Jack installed our new combi boiler into a new location upstairs before our kitchen refurbishment began. The communication was excellent from the initial visit to scope out the work through to completion. They were spotless throughout their work here aswell! We're extremely happy with the new boiler and would certainly use again for any plumbing needs!

Had an issue with my outside tap which was leaking into my garage. Rob came out the next day and despite the job being more complex than we initially thought, he sorted the leak and replaced a section of pipework to a high standard. Very pleased with the work carried out.

Rob serviced our old gas boiler efficiently and safely. He was neat and tidy. As it is coming to the end of its life, he explained the future options to me as well but there was no pressure to buy. Having someone you feel comfortable with working in your home is vital, and I will trust Rob with all my plumbing requirements from hereon.

Great service from Rob and Jack. They changed an unvented cylinder which had failed after 20yrs. The job was a bit fiddly but they installed the new cylinder and adjusted the pipework to accommodate. They also came back to sort out a noisy valve. We couldn't have asked for better service, and the communication throughout was great. Five star service and highly recommended.

Tony was helpful, clear and professional throughout the entire process of getting a quote and discussing the works needed. When arranged Tony was punctual and professional, leaving the work area in a good state, clean and ready for the next stage of works at our home, even politely discussing works with our neighbour as we required access to their property to complete works. I would recommend Tony and the team in the future and plan to have him back to do the next part of works required.

I called out Intercept to a blocked drain at my property, Max arrived within a few hours of my call he was very polite and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from the way he was dressed and conducted himself. He quickly identified where the blockage was and gave me a full cost and timeframe to get the job done which I agreed. He completed the works on the same day and also left my property clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Max and will be passing his number on to my friends great work.

Thank you to all at the Nightingale cafe. It was my 60th birthday and I had been to Biggin Hill to 'fly in a spitfire', I had a wonderful time!! My wife and I then stopped at the Biggin Hill Memorial Museum Nightingale cafe for a bite of lunch. We were greeted by two lovely ladies who noticed the 'birthday badge' that my wife had insisted I wore. I told them I had just been in a Spitfire and was having a great day; we ordered drinks, sandwiches and cake. Our drinks and sandwiches arrived with little toasted spitfires on the sandwiches. Then my cake was served on a decorated plate accompanied by staff singing 'happy birthday'. It was such a lovely lunch made lovelier by the wonderful staff, the food was absolutely delicious too!! We cannot thank you enough not only for our super lunch but also your thoughtfulness and kindness. We would highly recommend the cafe, you don't have to go into the museum to use it, it is well worth a visit to refuel.

Stumbled upon this place when the cafe we were going to was full and I am glad it was! Absolutely amazing food, beautifully presented and tasted so good! Very friendly staff too! Will definitely be back. You don't need to visit the museum to use the cafe.

Wow what sandwiches ! I’ll go back for these any day … great size - filled to the brim and the right price too - where does that happen - HERE ! 😎 and all with a view of the runway of Biggin hill … no pictures sorry - at it too fast - ( Christmas feast or something 😂) and chef was fun too - and arty.

I wanted a rather specialised solar system for which I'd tried to get other companies to quote for in the past. Max and his team came to do a site survey and after a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, they delivered me exactly what I wanted. Everything happened exactly when they said it would and the system was commissioned on-time and on-budget. The site was left spotless. I have nothing but praise for Coutts Electrical Contractors.

Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

A fantastic new Taproom. Great kitchen. Tried a couple of the Burgers - The Spicy One and the BBQ Bacon - the patties are local beef and were really well made and cooked. The buns were really light. Well worth a try. Only sampled the Marmaduke Cider so can’t comment yet on any of the beers. Good place to visit and on a sunny day sitting outside with the views across the valley it would be very relaxing.

We got there at the end of a lovely afternoon in the countryside, at it was the perfect place to stop! Incredible view of the Surrey Hills, relaxing spot, big comfortable tables, generally chilled atmosphere. We tried some of the beers, classic English cask styles with a twist, very nice and fresh. It's a very green and calming area. The brewery is very part of the beautiful scenery that surrounds it.

If you love a burger and pints (IPAs, Ales, Lagers and Cider) I strongly recommend. If that’s not your thing… Great selection of vegetarian options, local wines, variety of bar snacks, friendly staff. Plus the breathtaking views from the top of the north downs.

I’ve been a patient at Bromley Dental Practice for over 5 years, and they have always been incredibly trustworthy and professional. Recently, I had composite bonding and tooth contouring done by Dr. Zaki with the assistance of dental nurse Rhonda, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Zaki did a fantastic job—his attention to detail and skill really exceeded my expectations. All the staff that have been involved with my treatment have been fantastic too and not lead me down a pathway for the most expensive solution but what was right for me. Previously, I tried teeth straightening with a cheap, quick-fix company that unfortunately went bust halfway through my treatment, leaving me without the results I wanted. Thankfully, Bromley Dental Practice has always been there to provide consistent, high-quality care. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for reliable dental work and great results. Genuinely the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so warm and friendly - they treat you like family. Dr Zaki and his team are great - I’m undergoing teeth straightening treatment (clear aligners) and everything has been great so far. I have a really complex case that I wasn’t sure would be suitable for aligners but the team went out of their way to help me. Also, had an issue with childcare and had to bring my little one along as a last resort yesterday and the practice manager kept him happy and occupied for me. Thank you so much Siobhain! Truly amazing service. Let down by a rogue plumber who left us with a broken shower and leaking tap. Bromley plumbers (Luke) arrived within an hour and fixed the problem, as well as fixing the central stopcock which was leaking into the cellar. Which means we can bath our 1 year old. Great communication, courtesy, responsiveness and clarity on fees/charging. Could not recommend more highly. Thank you Jack and Luke.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I can't remember the last time I received Customer Service this good. From the first conversation, all the way through the ordering and delivery process Lee was on hand to offer his experience and knowledge. We had upgrade work on two shower rooms and we are very pleased with the products Lee supplied. I cannot recommend Lee and H.Lilley Bathrooms highly enough. Don't go anywhere else, go an see Lee.

Thank you Megan & Lee for all your help. We ordered a shower enclosure / taps and rain shower / toilet / wall mounted sink and unit with taps and a bath with new taps and panel. Delivered quickly - little hiccup with the shower tray but swiftly rectified - super communication via email and telephone.
