Initially we discussed a number of possible solutions to the problem, ranging from a simple installation on the existing cabling set up, all the way to a 'gold plated/future proof' solution involving uprating the power to the detached garage and installation of a second point in anticipation of purchasing a second EV. He was clear explaining the pros/cons of each solution and on alighting on a course of action, clearly explained each stage as he completed the work. We were very happy with the quality of the work/final installation.

Christian responded to my ask for help quickly and was able to attend next day. He clearly advised his rates before I accepted. We have an old house with very random and complicated circuits but Christian was able to methodically narrow down the breaker issue to a bare wire in a socket and also found and fixed a break in a ring main. We were impressed with his approach, he kept us informed of what and why he was doing what he was doing, and he was polite, friendly and he left the house clean and tidy.
