SO DELICIOUS! We finally made it down to The Fox Inn to try their new smokehouse menu. My husband had a special pizza with brisket and homemade nacho cheese that was delicious. But what really stole the show were the dirty fries with bbq pulled pork that I ordered. Being Americans in a small British village, we struggle to find BBQ that measures up. The Fox Inn has it in spades! I enjoyed it so much, I didn’t even wait until I was home to submit this review. I am going to tell everyone about how good the new menu is. I can’t wait to come back! Apologies for no pictures because the food was gobbled up fast!
Booked for bank holiday Monday. Had a great bbq meal the platters were excellent. The ribs and Brisket were the stand out items for the mains. The corn on the cob and mac&cheese were excellent sides.
Lovely pub, really nice garden, Sunday roast is wonderful, service and staff were great, definitely worth a look
Great food and ambience. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely evening oh and if the steak and ale pie is on as a special we (3 of us) thoroughly recommend
Had a lovely lunch with family here today. Very friendly welcome and hearty portions. We had ham, egg & chips, plant burger, and fish & chips. Highly recommended. We were served by Debbie, and had a nice chat with Sean the chef.
