Chester came to add and convert some sockets for us and his communication and work was first class throughout. Even when he identified a fault in our circuit, he easily rectified the problem and didn’t even charge us extra! Neat, tidy, knowledgeable, and a great guy to boot - What else do you want?! We had our home EV charger fitted by D.E. Scott Electrical. Here's the summary if you don't want to read the rest: Good customer care, on time, polite and patient. Long story short, without anyone's fault, we had a frustrating problem that turned into a bit of a wait with a refund from their supplier as the main objective. John proved to be professional and patient, even when I was trowing a strop. From email responses to suppliers phone calls and home visits, he did it all. In the end, taking a leaf from his book, I decided to chill and let him deal with the situation for us as he's proven to be patient and capable so far. In other words: "Calm down, be patient, let us deal with this and we'll get it sorted" kind of vibe I got from their team. Great! Admittedly, it took a while for everything to be sorted out, but it's done now. Happy days! I'd rather deal with a company that willl work for me, even having to wait for a while, than with another that just takes my money with no customer care. Thanks again DE Scott, enjoy your coffee guys! ☺️

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

Very professional and very efficient, in less than an hour, Paul solved our “chirping” smoke alarm that had defied all other attempts to fix! We found Dan by pure chance and we are so glad we did. Apart from being a genuinely nice chap, Dan is clearly committed to doing the best job he can. He has carried out a number of different electrical projects for us including an external circuit and switch in our garden, the installing of a new consumer unit, and the discovery and resolution of an electrical fault. His work is excellent, tidy and reasonably priced. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 5 Point and would ask Dan back if we have any future projects that he and his team could help with.

Five point electrical rewired my flat top to bottom.. The standard of workmanship and professionalism was excellent. They always turned up when they said they would, and left the place as they found it. Clear quotes were given in advance and adhered to, and the cost for the work completed was very reasonable.
