I had to take my boxer puppy to the emergency because a dog bit him on the shoulder. I am Spanish and my English is very basic. From the receptionist to the veterinarian, they tried very hard to explain the surgery they had to do to my dog ​​and even with my linguistic limitations, they explained everything to me patiently and I felt at home. The surgery was exceptional. Thank you very much for your good work, affection and understanding.

I'd personally like to thank Jasper (Veterinarian) and the reception staff. We are from Grantham and were transferred over due to the leak. I was so impressed with everyone especially Jasper that I would like to transfer over permanently. He was amazing. I've been struggling with some abandoned kittens and he offered fantastic advice and went above and beyond with getting assistance from the RSPCA. I'm so grateful and would 100% recommend. The receptionists were warm, professional and kind. I was so impressed and again so very grateful for everything. Thank you Kirk's Vets @ Sleaford for a wonderful experience. So caring and understanding. Best vets I have ever been to and a great experience from the little kittens! Paws up!

Our cat was referred here to see Jasper for a heart scan, and I can't fault the service we received. Everything was explained in detail to us and he had read up on our cats history and was very knowledgeable. He advised us on the next steps to take and what to ask from our usual vets.

Discussed having my male pup neutered. The veterinary nurse was very friendly and gave me lots of information about the operation and the aftercare required. She printed an expected cost for the procedure. The operation has been booked, but I haven't told my boy.
