Vets here really care! Reception (vet nurses etc) very accommodating and patient, including giving us an additional cancelled appointment at very short notice. Sorted out our feisty cat's flea treatment! Thank you! Feb 2024 Dog's checkup today, including bloods, all done without fuss or paraphernalia. Very calm and friendly vet, as always, with Leia firmly in charge on the front desk. 🐕

We have just had an excellent experience with my Romanian rescue dog at Heckington vets. After a previous negative experience from both myself and my dog we were nervous about his upcoming appointment, however Rose made the entire appointment stress free, she was extremely calm, caring, and reassuring to my dog. Rose explained everything step-by-step to us and is clearly very knowledgeable - I couldn’t recommend her enough. Overall we had a successful appointment and Rose was brilliant!

The vets and nurses here at Heckington are always friendly and welcoming. Rang at 8.30 this morning, requested asap appointment and 11.a.m cat was in vets, problem diagnosed, meds given. It's great to have a local practice with good parking.

Excellent experience when we took our two cats for their annual check ups and jabs. The vet was brilliant, so good at explaining things to us. The only slight downside was (compared to the Sutterton practice) there was no separate cat waiting room and we did have three dogs arrive whilst we were waiting and our cats were frightened.

Don't be put off that it's part of the bigger south Linc's veterinary group, they are different vets and are VERY caring to the animals and owners. I have seen Gemma a cpl of times and can't recommend her enough, so very compassionate and has an obvious love and genuine caring approach to your pet. If you can get here then definitely do so!!
