Apex Roofing Contractors from Doncaster were excellent from start to finish. An extremely competitive quote and good reviews got them the job. We needed a new roof and Dave was polite and helpful and answered all my questions. From start to finish everyone was helpful, friendly and polite and the guy's that carried out the work were hard working and cleaned up well. I would have no problem recommending them :)

100% excellent service from initial post on FB to Final payment. It's difficult to root out the genuine from cowboys, and these guys are 110% genuine. I had done a little research to make sure these guys are genuine. Intially Dave came to Sheffield to quote for job and after a discussion on what's entailed, an email came through, I accepted, and a date was given, a skip, Dave, Blake and a young Josh turned up a few days after the scaffolding was erected, the weather wasn't brilliant, but hey they cracked on and managed to remove the full roof and temperarily put the membrane on as it was very wet, anyway with a few complications to extend the deadline by day 4 the job was completed. The result was worth the 4 days. The lads worked hard at it, and even did the flouching on chimney from a previous repair by a local builder recommended by the house insurance. Amelia listened to any concerns I had, in which Josh responded, which I think is good customer service, and the after service with Jamie making sure job was done right and were we happy throughout the process, with cleaning, any damage etc, so after care was high on priority list. All in all, I cannot recommend Josh/Jamie of Apex Roofing Contractors Ltd enough Regards Mr & Mrs G Johnstone

Apex completed my roof within the promised time frame, and I'm very happy with the quality and appearance of the finished work. The main builder was absolutely great - friendly, professional, and a real asset to the company. His performance was top- notch. However, the cleanup after the job was not satisfactory. There was a significant amount of dirt, debris, and broken tiles left behind, which had to deal with myself. This was quite disappointing. Communication with the office could be better; there were noticeable delays in getting responses, and it felt cumbersome at times. A courtesy call to ensure everything was okay post-job would have been appreciated. The aftercare service needs enhancement to match the quality of the actual roofing work. A more thorough follow-up would make a significant difference. Overall, while the roofing itself was done excellently by Apex, there's a clear opportunity for improvement in their post-job cleanup and communication. The fantastic work by the main builder highlights what Apex is capable of, but for a complete service, they should focus on improving their aftercare and responsiveness.

Came out to my property give me a quote the price was right and after reading so many good reviews I immediately said yes. The service was spot on only took them 2 and a half days, great team of lads and very polite, everything left clean and tidy. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 I’m a very happy customer, thanks Apex.

Excellent service from start to finish! Really quick to respond and come out to look at the job. Our flat roof had been leaking on and off for years and they were able to immediately identify the problem and how to fix it. Quotes were sent through of options on repairs to give us a couple of price options. The repair is brilliant and we will definitely Turners again. I would highly recommend.

Parkes Bros Ltd just completed our Roof including the supply and fit of new Fascias, Soffitts and Gutters & the pointing of our Chimney Stack and fitting of 3 Cowls, and I am thrilled with the outcome. The team are very Experienced, Hardworking, Friendly and they completed the job in 2 and a bit days which was helped with the good weather but it was mainly down to the efforts of the team. Dave also submitted the building notice to DMBC for the roofing work, I cannot thank Dave and his team enough for having the best roof in the street LOL, and I thoroughly recommend Parkes Bros Ltd for all roofing work.

My garage roof was in drastic need of being replaced. Dave came out and after giving it a good inspection said it would be done in a day and arranged for his team to come and measure up. It was then priced and the go ahead was given. On the day, the team arrived at 8.55 and the work began. They were very professional and soon had the old roof off back to the beams. Things moved like clockwork and the new roof started to take shape. Everything done and tidied up and away at around 4pm. Brilliant job done by a very professional outfit of 4 people. Even the cuppa's were easy, just 4 tea's with milk and two sugars. Highly recommend, if you want a professional outfit to do a roofing job, ring Dave Parkes. :-)

After my sister had her roof fixed by CW Roofing & Building Services and had recommended them, I needed a job doing on the guttering, which was leaking badly. They were out the next day and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes! Really honest job and straight up that no parts needed to be replaced when I was fearing the worst in terms of how much it was going to cost. All in all it was a great service and a really professional job was done. Would highly recommend to anyone!

From first speaking to Tom through to completion, the process has been absolutely brilliant. He is transparent and gives you the correct information for you to make your own decisions and doesn’t mess about. The speed of setup and organisation was top notch. We commissioned Ridgeline Roofing to renovate our huge 1920s building which was at the front of our care home. The building still had the original timbers to the gable ends and at roof line. These also had the old cast iron gutters and down pipes. Tom and his team did a wonderful job to take them all off and replace with PVC facias and soffits including new gutters and downpipes. We had many specialist roofers come to look at the job but they found it too difficult to do. Tom's renovation and craftsmanship is to be praised as the building now looks as if it has just been newly built. We would highly recommend Tom as probably the best tradesman/craftsman in the Yorkshire region! All of our care home residents, their families and staff would like to say a big thank you Tom!

We had many quotes for our fascias and soffits job we had done on our house and found the price fair. Sam the guy who came round to do the quote was professional and straight up and honest.
