Am a townie dog sitting in Lincolnshire. Thought I had a wasp nest under the fan fitment in the conservatory. Came withinin 20 minutes but put my mind at rest, they were hornet flies not wasps and are good for your garden. Fantastic service and NO CHARGE, can’t fault the service. Thank you so much.

Absolutely brilliant service, very friendly and great prices. Understood our urgency with the fact my husband is highly allergic to wasps and possibly the little ones. Got the job done and even returned when we needed more investigation. Really responsive to contact, great customer service and comes out really quickly. Will definitely use again and recommend. Goodbye nasty wasp nest.

Since moving into a new property which had been left in a dilapidated state a year ago Clive has become our go-to for anything pest related. Consistently punctual, reliable and honest, thus far he's clear up our issues with mice, birds, wasps, flies and bugs. In addition to the regular visits and responding quickly to any queries we've had he has also offered up advice on how best to approach anything we've found even if it's not to his benefit. If you need anything pest-related dealt with we really couldn't recommend Clive enough.

Despite it being Easter Sunday, Clive responded promptly to my email query regarding a wasp problem & offered to come out the following day (a bank holiday). Great customer service and friendly in his approach. He arrived on time and dealt with the issue in a professional & efficient manner. Great service at a very reasonable price.

I had a field mouse in the living room of my new house so I called Clive at BFG Pest Management and he showed up in great time, even though I live about 30 minutes away. Clive was extremely helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend BFG Pest Management. 5 star service!

I called Clive as I thought we had a minor issue. He visited promptly and was professional throughout. After inspection, Clive didn’t feel the need to deal with the problem as it was very minor and advised us on what to do, and saved us money in the long run. Very professional and honest! Would definitely recommend.

Fergal and Reese went above and beyond. Last summer, we had what sounded like small birds up above my son's room, chirping loudly every morning for about a month. We figured it was a nest. 8 months later, we heard some scratches from the same place one morning, and didn't want to risk having it again. So I called PPM about bird proofing and removing any potential old remains. Fergal and Reese came out and inspected the whole house. Loft space was incredibly airtight and hot, Fergal came out breathless but he made sure to check everything carefully first. No remains and no sign of entry. The guys went out to the roof with a long ladder, really took their time up there. They even checked the back with a drone. Didn't find any signs of current or old nests. Thankfully, no rodents either. They were very thorough, overall they were here for almost 2 hours. Since they didn't find anything, they advised me not to do anything. It's a large house and it wouldn't be right spending a lot of money to bird proof at random. It may have just been some bird having a laugh this time. If something does come up, I should take photos if I can, and call them. They can always come and assess what to do from there. They did not charge a penny. I feel much more comfortable now, and I will definitely be calling on PPM if and when we do get any unwanted visitors!

Fergal visited next day after I contacted the Company. Very knowledgeable, polite snd friendly he conducted a thorough examination of the burrow in the ground and the surrounding area. Advised me on the best option. Very happy with the prompt service.

Super prompt service came the same day (just turned up!) Thorough inspection for mice in the garage. Suggested other work that might be beneficial (possible ways into the house) Checked the house which I didn’t expect. Put down traps and came back and rechecked regularly (some appointments were missed or were late to) I was late with my bill. Absolutely my fault as it was more than I anticipated (the extra work was done without me realising (I was really looking to delay it but couldn’t say no to the upsell and it was done whilst I wasn’t there) but planned to use my credit card to pay. My only criticism of ppm who had been brilliant throughout was that you can’t pay by credit card!!! This was an absolute pain and if I had known I would have probably delayed the services as I felt terrible being such as awful payer/customer to a small business.
