Spoke to Paul on the phone regarding a wasps nest. Came out at the next available appointment. When they arrived the wasps went into hiding and made me look like a fool. I apologised for wasting there time and they were very understanding, explained why this could be happening and told me to keep my eyes peeled over the next few days and if they return to contact them and they will be out asap. Great guys highly recommend.

Paul was so helpful. Had an issue with mice in the cavity of the wall. He talked me through different probabilities and I discovered a small hole outside in the wall. Paul suggested putting a brick against it first to see if it stopped the problem and it did. 4 days in and still no little scratching noises. Thanks Paul for all your help and if the sneaky little mice return I’ll definitely be in contact.

Wasp nest in the roof/soffit area. Called Paul early morning and arrived mid morning. Dealt with the hordes of wasps and immediately reduced the wasp activity. Paul is very knowledgeable and said give it 48hrs. If there are still a few about after the 48hrs, call me and I'll fumigate again. There were are few still about 48hrs later... I called Paul, he came out 3hours later NO CHARGE! all part of his service!! And all the wasps gone now!!

Helpful and honest service. Spoke to Paul on the phone initially regarding a potential rat problem, gave me some quick advice and arranged for an inspection. Damion came to carry out the inspection the next working day and quickly recognised what the smell was, advised me what to do next and how to prevent further issues. There was no further costs involved but was advised on the next steps if the rats came back. Overall was really impressed with the service and if the issue returns then I'll be happy to use their services again.
