Superb service from Chuck & Jack, very capable, efficient & professional. We had trouble with a wasp nest which was causing an elderly lady a lot of stress and they came out the same day, identified the problem and treated the nest and provided all the appropriate health and safety information. Having tried self help for 2 months without success removing rodents from my loft decided to give the experts a chance . Chuck came 3 times as promised and after only 2 days of his first visit as well as identifying the said rodents ( Rats ) we have not heard them since. Great service

Spoke to Paul on the phone regarding a wasps nest. Came out at the next available appointment. When they arrived the wasps went into hiding and made me look like a fool. I apologised for wasting there time and they were very understanding, explained why this could be happening and told me to keep my eyes peeled over the next few days and if they return to contact them and they will be out asap. Great guys highly recommend.

Helpful and honest service. Spoke to Paul on the phone initially regarding a potential rat problem, gave me some quick advice and arranged for an inspection. Damion came to carry out the inspection the next working day and quickly recognised what the smell was, advised me what to do next and how to prevent further issues. There was no further costs involved but was advised on the next steps if the rats came back. Overall was really impressed with the service and if the issue returns then I'll be happy to use their services again.

A fast reliable service was given from Paul and his team when I first contacted him on Sunday. Paul was at my property the following day and promptly exterminated the wasp issue that we had with no issues or hassle. I also give 5 stars to the fact that I didn't even need to be at home merely a brief Watts app video of where the problem is, paid remotely via bank transfer and when I got home from work in the evening everything was conducted as per telephone call. Paul was so helpful. Had an issue with mice in the cavity of the wall. He talked me through different probabilities and I discovered a small hole outside in the wall. Paul suggested putting a brick against it first to see if it stopped the problem and it did. 4 days in and still no little scratching noises. Thanks Paul for all your help and if the sneaky little mice return I’ll definitely be in contact.

Can’t recommend Giulio enough. He came out the same day and fixed both a wasps next and caught a mole! Very professional, quick and great customer services as well as reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Rats. Weird things, but however much we appreciate their intelligence they're not good house guests. Chris really helped calm my partner with his relaxed authority and reassurance, and making us aware this is never a quick fix, which is vitally important. I'm certain the rats have moved on (or died) now but would have no hesitation in calling Musca at any time in the future.

I called Musca Pest Management due to finding a wasp nest while completing building works, lots of positive reviews and local made the choice easy. He managed to remove the nest quickly which didn’t no impact the ongoing work. His price was realistic and half the price of a nationwide company I called beforehand thinking they were a local contractor. Would highly recommend.

So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! Pete is so informative and has great response times. Most recently we needed to deal with two wasps nests in our flat roof before it could be replaced - Pete came out the same day to treat the nests, offered to come back FOC if further treatment was needed and we've had no issues since. I used Pride pest control to sort out an issue with ants inside my house. Pete came and explained in detail what methods he was going to use and showed me the product he was using. 5 days since, and they've disappeared. Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!
