I am so impressed with this company. Dean arrived within an hour of calling as I had wasps in the house. He located the wasps nest which was not easy to find and applied the right treatment. Dean was respectful and knowledgeable and professional and so helpful. My house is now free from wasps which is so wonderful. I would highly recommend Dean and his company for sure. Called on a Saturday morning after worrying about a possible wasp nest, Dean replied straight away and asked me to send videos. Confirmed it was solitary bees and not wasps thank goodness! He dropped off a bee hotel which was only £5 and made everything easier for me. Would recommend even if you are unsure!! Thanks Dean
