GCL Electrical recently rewired our offices they fitted bespoke lighting and power outlets in all areas across the building. New consumer units were installed with the latest technology we had great communication with them nothing was difficult for them great team would highly recommended.

Simon replaced all the electrics in my parent's house. They are both in their 90s so was a big ask. Simon carried out the work with very little interference to my parents and the job was done very quickly. Very pleased.

This is my second only review on Google and a follow-up to my first. After a devastating disappointment with installers from my 1st review, I called Simon because he was the only one to inform me that my Smart panel would require a different installation procedure that was also apparently indicated by the manufacturer’s website. He didn’t require any information from the manufacturer. This was based on his thorough research and understanding of the mechanics behind the system. What a breath of fresh air to have a good technician by your side. Needless to say, He agreed to a fixed price after inspecting the mess that was left behind by the previous electricians and performed the following tasks: Repositioned and rewire the unit. Remove the 25mm conduits and replace them with 32mm. Installed an additional fusebox and tidied my consumer unit. I honestly have not met a more a professional person in this line of work. I am very grateful to have your competence and will highly recommend your service.

Linear Electrical are the best tradespeople we’ve ever used. Matt was professional, completely reliable, and incredibly friendly while offering very competitive pricing. We contacted Linear with a few issues which were not straightforward and Matt took the time to take us through all the options and what would be best. Nothing was too much trouble and when the work was done it was to a very high standard, with the area left very tidy. I would recommend Linear Electrical to everyone - fantastic service.

Over the years we have had a lot of electrical work carried out by different electricians, some better than others. Matt carried out a full electrical survey of the house, identified a few faults, carried out some remedial work and fitted 2 external lights. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in all his work, and it is nice to have everything working properly and know that it is all safe. Matt is highly professional, turned up exactly when he he said he would, and left all the areas where he worked clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

We required a new fuse board and contacted Diligent Electrical Contractors. It was installed to a very high standard and were extremely happy with the service. They were efficient and definitely took pride in the work that they do. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services going forward should we require any further electrical works.

Pretty happy with the service. Diligent installed a new bathroom extractor fan and works perfectly. There's no more mould. I had to wait 3 weeks before writing this review to test it. I also had a problem with my oven which kept on switching off after 60 seconds. I asked 2 electricians beforehand and they kept telling me my oven is broken even though it was only 2 years old. Diligent replaced one of the boards on the electric box and explained the actual reason. The oven works perfectly fine now.

Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

I am truly amazed by how welcoming and friendly everyone is when interacting with customers. A huge shout out to the reception team! Despite handling incoming calls and assisting patients at check-in, they go above and beyond to be helpful and approachable. In fact, when I visited today, their kindness and care really stood out, which reflects positively on the business. When I met with the dentist and the assistant, I was equally impressed by their personable and friendly demeanor. Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

We just had Darren check, fix, and finish the entire second fix electrics for our 5 bedroom house and he was excellent. Always shows up on time, works hard, offers help and advice, and the quality of his work is excellent. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him again!
