Despite handling incoming calls and assisting patients at check-in, they go above and beyond to be helpful and approachable. In fact, when I visited today, their kindness and care really stood out, which reflects positively on the business.

I had my first visit yesterday and was very impressed from start to finish. Reception was friendly and my dentist, Caroline was extremely gentle and approachable.
Lovely dental practise, I always see Nayan Patel and he is always very friendly and provides a good service. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have been able to provide one on the same day and provide the relevant treatment e.g. filling at that appointment. I have recently had my first baby and was worried about taking him with me to the dentist, the whole team was so lovely and when he got a little upset whilst I was having a filling a lovely dental nurse came to soothe him. Highly recommend.
