Had the best day here for the Fire & Ice spa day. The facilities were clean, a little busy but fast paced so didn’t have to wait around too long for any of the rooms. The sauna, steam, igloo and hydrotherapy rooms were very relaxing. Definitely enjoyed the peace from the tranquility room, but there were so many people opening the door to see if it was empty (due to the darkness), so this might need looking into to help improve the experience. The lunch was very tasty. The golf course is vast, very well maintained with lovely landscaping. Special thanks to Chelsea and Lynette for the treatments, they were great!

Good quality spa. Rooms lovely and spacious. Treatment was pleasant. We enjoyed the swimming pool and lounging chairs. High standards of staff and facilities. Food was delicious. Waiting staff efficient while maintaining a friendly relaxed manner.

A special shout-out to Michelle, whose exceptional service truly stood out. She went above and beyond for our team — attentive, polite, and dedicated to ensuring our experience was nothing short of excellent. Her commitment to creating a welcoming environment made a lasting impression. The Belfry’s fantastic location, impressive venue, and outstanding staff have certainly won me over. I’ll definitely be returning — highly recommended!

Had afternoon tea in the bar, it was something I've wanted to do for a while. It was fantastic! Michelle was greeting and serving everyone, she is lovely and has an amazing personality. She was so personable with every table. It's such a lovely location and atmosphere. Ali A was serving the drinks too, keeping teas and cold drinks topped up, he was very friendly to everyone. They both gave the perfect balance of service and conversation with the customers. The staff make the experience lovely and the food is amazing! We loved everything that was served, all the flavours were amazing (we'll definitely be back with our mom)
