Stayed at the camping on the other side off the road…was the first time playing golf again in 10 years…people in the pro-shop were very helpfull and friendly! Loved the course. Injoyed very much🙏🏻…and Canterbury is a city to visit…the Cathedral is amazing beautifull!

Society day at Canterbury Golf Club. Decent fresh brew coffee and plenty of it and nice fresh bacon butties. Friend had cooked breakfast which was also decent. Considering current weather and lack of rain course was in a fair condition quite a few tight and bare lies. If your off the fairway some areas are rough rough. Greens decent and I putted on them ok. Nice refreshing cold beer on return to clubhouse. This is a nice friendly club.

Brilliant golf club, I first played here over 20 years ago and still enjoy the course every time I play. My son (11) uses the club as part of the junior section and can't get enough of the games on Top Tracer up at the driving range. Highly recommend.

Excellent golf course. Very smart bar/restaurant. Very cosy with down lighting. So not a lot of natural light inside. The have a substantial outside seating area with fire pit and down heaters.The course layout has changed from 7 years ago.

12 of us were met by a welcoming clubhouse (Warren) and a lovely breakfast, what's even better is that they have proper sized mugs for a cup of tea, none of these tiny teacup and saucers all the other courses think golfers want; we don't 😅. The course was in ok condition despite all the recent rain and play flowed nicely despite the course being full.

I played this great golf course yesterday, the 8th June 2024, and in my opinion, the course was in fantastic condition, some really challenging tee shots and some very tricky greens, avoid the bunkers and the rough to keep your score respectable. Highly recommend playing 👌🏻

Played the Warren at Little Stone Golf Club. Nice tight course, short but challenging. Greens had been spiked but we're in good condition thought water logged in places. No buggies allowed that day. Had a meal in the main club house afterwards. Pork steak with roast potatoes,parsnips, carrots,and red cabbage. Mince pie for afters. Very acceptable.

Playing The Warren course.Always greeted with a smile and politeness from the Pro shop where your tee time ticket is collected and any golf additions you may require. A great course which can forgive the odd way wood drive or iron. Always finish at the club restaurant with a lovely hot coffee/tea in the winter or like today a refreshing bitter shandy.Good food to at very competitive prices.For any golfer a great place to enjoy the well kept course and greens at low cost.Highly Recommended.

We played the championship course and what a gem, fantastic layout, great condition and true green considering the amount of rain in the last 2-3 weeks. The clubhouse is fairly decent as is the food / drink. Some challenging holes with a mixture of narrow fairways, doglegs etc. Personally, felt the 17th 620 yard plus for amateur golf is a slight overkill and one that can destroy the scorecard. Overall a wonderful experience and will certainly return one day.

Lovely golf course, first time me and my son went down today 8/9. We only did the driving range just to get the feel of the club to see if my son like it and he did. Went to pro shop and the young lad in there very polite and told me there the driving range was. Will be back to play a round when the weather isn't so wet

We attended a wedding reception. The venue was lovely and the food delicious. The service was very good. I'm a blur badge holder and my only criticism would be that there seemed limited disabled parking for the numbers that were attending.

Great course. Stunning conditions and set up. Has a good range of holes, some tricky and others a bit more simple. Definitely worth another visit. Value for money is also very good with a quality driving range.

Had our wedding reception here 8th June 2024, the DJ was amazing and Adam and Leigh were very friendly and gave us the best experience, however we did not enjoy the main course and the meat was a little dry and bland, the scenery around the golf course was amazing, Adam even let us drive the golf cart to the lake area so our photographer can take some photos of us 2 we couldn’t of asked for more and the whole day and night was amazing, would highly recommend having a wedding reception here!

We played today on a lovely sunny day! The course is in great condition with numerous out of sight greens - causing some confusion for first timers. Conditions were very dry - no mud or water anywhere except for the lake on 18th. I would suggest some more on course signage as we spent 5 mins looking for 18th tee!!! We will be back. Another round a few years later - some of the complexity comes back to you… a great day!

Easy to find the club, easy to park, friendly staff, 1st Tee always has someone waiting, sometimes multiple people all waiting to Tee off. Great condition course, easy enough to navigate, plays well.

Very nice golf course. Well maintained and receptive greens. Open layout of holes and friendly banks either side of the fairways, didn't lose a ball all round.

We went for a quick 9 holes and supper from the bar menu. The course is well kept with attention paid to drainage. There is something for everyone on the menu.

I would highly recommend using their venue for functions as the venue is a beautiful and an amazing place. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very professional and helpful in every way. Shana the events manager was a complete star she went above and beyond to help us all the way throughout to organise our Grandmother's wake. I would highly recommend this venue and myself and my family would like to thank Shana and her team for everything they have done for us and we would definitely use the venue again for future functions. We went to Birchwood Park to attend a celebration of a beautiful life cut sorrowfully short, and not to play golf. That said, we were greeted by beautiful and immaculately kept grounds that were being used by plenty of golfers engaged in their sport. The views were nothing short of stunning, the atmosphere serene. The room we were in was spacious and light with a sheltered balcony and easy access to bathroom facilities. All guests were made to feel very welcome by all members of Birchwood Park's staff from serving staff to the bar manager: I felt they appreciated the solemness of the occasion, and were beyond courteous. The afternoon tea provided was fulsome, with copious amounts of sandwiches - quality fillings well presented. We all to a man left feeling much more relaxed, even in spite of the initial purpose of us coming together: I think that the venue combined with the way we were all looked after by the staff had a lot to do with this.

First time when I visited this golf club I was welcomed very nice and warm with one gorgeous beautiful girl,second time wasn't that great,two Indians girls were a bit rude and not so friendly,I think need to teach them how must to be welcomed guest or costumer. Its really nice club with good bar and all nice facilities, the golf itself is also not bad, in the past 9 holes could take from an hour to two depends on your experience,there are easier and more difficult ones,overall good experience and really recommend it.

Nice and accessible course, with some really fun par 3s and drivable par 4s. Cheap green fees too, but definitely a case of “you get what you pay for”. Fairways could use a bit of TLC, obviously hard for the staff in the winter season. A bit of leaf management wouldn’t go amiss though.

The greens have been done up nice, can't complain with the price at all either compared to most 9 holes this side of the water. Course is quite tight so you have to hit a nice tee shot or you're in trouble. Driving range is abit outdated and you're not allowed to use driver there is the only downside but my rating is for the course.
