Came recently for a spa day with afternoon tea. Had a great time. Good value for money (I did have a Groupon deal). I had a 55 minute treatment which was lovely. Food was also nice. I felt the staff could have been a little more attentive - we weren’t offered any refills and when we asked for our leftovers to be boxed up, it was ‘lost’ when we went to retrieve it so we missed out on the cakes. There were cones to fill with water but they were very small and obviously due to the shape you cannot set them down so I found it was hard to stay hydrated unless you brought a refillable bottle. The facilities were great - multiple steam rooms and a sauna with a large warm pool and hot tub. It felt quite busy at times but overall, really pleasant experience. It was all wheelchair accessible and flat

Absolutely amazing. Me and my husband got a voucher off Groupon and had a 55 minute massage each, afternoon tea and the day in the spa. Courtney did my massage, half back and shoulders and half facial. Absolutely unbelievable! My husband had a full body massage off Carly who was also amazing! Food was delicious and the amenities were great.

We booked a spa day with afternoon tea for a treat for six of us before my sister wedding! What a lovely day. The spa was immaculate, the team very friendly, helpful and professional. The pool area had plenty of space and different areas to use. We were also able to relax outside in the sunshine. We each had a 55 minute treatment which was heavenly. We were never rushed or neglected. I would highly recommend.
