Excellent value good quality food and generous portions. The service was good and friendly, only marked down because of a couple of small mistakes. Lighting was a tiny bit low. Really lovely evening all together.
Serves at the table. Homely atmosphere. Great food. Cost us £43 for 2 courses of menu and 2 pints and 2 soft drink at lunch. If you go out these days you need to make sure you get a good place and this is one of them. Have to say wine was a bit pricey for a pub.
My brother loved this place and, when he died, we wanted to have his wake here. The food, service and atmosphere was everything we'd hoped for. Thank you, Lindley Tap!
