Lovely little cafe. Happy staff and great food. The location is next to Sandal Castle. Nice cakes and toilets. Open until 2.30 pm

I really like this cafe. Have been a few times now and the food has always been great with the level of service superb. Dog friendly too which is always a bonis. Well done to all involved.

You must stop here on your visit to Sandal Castle. The cafe has delicious food, drinks, great view of the castle ruins and excellent service by the friendly, helpful staff. Easy access from the castle ruins, the road or the car park. Full of history, the walls of the cafe are lined with boards telling you everything you need to know and about the 1460 Wakefield Battle! I highly recommend you drop in when you are in Wakefield.
