We recently had our garden completely redesigned & landscaped, with the work carried out by Ryan McCormick & his team. We are absolutely pleased with the finished project. Amoung other things he has incorporated a large patio with steps leading to decking which extends over the beck at the bottom of our garden. The unever original levels have been corrected which has made the whole aspect look stunning & the garden seems larger. There were delay problems, mainly to shortage of materials caused by Brexit but Ryan kept us informed throughout & despite the project overrunning by many weeks which impacted on his other work, he didn't let us down but finished as promised. If anyone wishes to see the quality of his work, we are happy to allow this. Please contact Busy Bee who can arrange this.

We can't praise Chris and his team enough and are absolutely thrilled with the finished project. The back garden has been totally transformed - in a very short time - mainly due to the work ethos of the team - they just don't come up for air! They worked relentlessly even in the blistering heat and their workmanship and materials are of the highest standard. Have now booked them to return to work wonders on the front garden and drive but have got to wait until February as they are busy up till then, which speaks for itself. Many thanks again to you all. I really can't recommend Burstow Property Services highly enough, their level of craftsmanship is superb plus they are really super guys. Absolutely brilliant work on land to rear of property which is impossible to garden. It is now transformed from an untidy unusable unsafe area to a smart, open safe area that looks wonderful, low maintenance and in keeping with the surroundings, cant thank Lee and his co worker enough. I had Christian come to help me by installing a blind following an initial attempt which didn't last. He was very prompt, very polite, and very helpful. All sorted out quickly at an entirely reasonable price. Good service indeed. Would highly recommend him to anyone else who needs household repairs.

Christian is a lifesaver and absolute star. We had a serious leak from the back of our toilet which was gushing out every time it was flushed. Rats had come up the pipework and chewed through the flexi pipe at the back. Christian replaced it with thicker stronger piping to stop them. He was really busy but wasn't going to leave us in this situation. He made time for us. We have some DIY jobs needing doing next year and will be asking Christian to do them. Very friendly and honest, highly recommend.

Our first floor bathroom extractor fan vent blew off the side of the house in a storm, and Christian replaced it with a new one at short notice. He was friendly, professional, and charged a fair price - excellent service, highly recommended!

We approached Ed Fuller as a very large retaining wall around our house was collapsing. Flintham is a conservation village and it was necessary to keep the planning authority and the village on board. Ed had some wonderful ideas and spent a lot of time walking around the village to ensure that his design would enhance the local environment. We were delighted when we received the design and it was immediately passed by the planning authority and the parish council. Ed did not build the wall as it was a VERY major construction project, not a landscaping project, but we have not doubt that we would not have found anyone else with the vision that Ed had. Cars stop if they see me in the garden and comment on what an improvement the wall is. All 'the locals' are very happy and we know that this is basically down to Ed's design.

Today we had Lincs Garden Services remove root balls from a hedge row I had cut down and needed help in removing the root balls. I contacted LGS they got back to me straight away arranging a mutually convenient time to have a look at the job and provide an estimate. As I was in no hurry to have this done a date approximately two weeks hence was agreed with LGS who would confirm a suitable date nearer the time. However, 10 days after initially consulting me they contacted me asking if I was available the next day– I had no issues with the timing and subsequently agreed. On the day two guys took approx. 7 hours to remove the root balls (not an easy task) and made good (tidied and cleaned up) the garden, removing all the roots. I most certainly recommend LGS hence giving them 5 stars. Very professional and extremely hard workers.

Waldemar did a fantastic job on our garden at brilliant value. Initially the job was to install a porcelain patio and gravel path, but he ended up helping us redo our lawn as well due to a pest. Garden now looks fantastic, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fabulous garden centre. Lots of Christmas decorations and the displays are beautiful. Great cafe/restaurant, the food is lovely. The food fall has lots of nice things, biscuits, sweets, beers, gin, wine, and gluten-free items. The butchers in there are top quality, lovely steaks. Footwear and clothing, gifts galore, bedding, books and great variety of plants. You can easily spend an afternoon there.

First time in years visiting pennells, absolutely incredible for all the family, lots of seasonal displays everywhere you look. Quality products at reasonable prices. And gift ideas with food and drink enough to fill under any tree and stockings! Highly recommend a visit as a family. Or a wander around to pick some Xmas gifts. Stopped in the cafe too, well priced and good products. Friendly staff and clean areas.

A fun place for kids and family. A large area where kids can enjoy themselves. The cafe in the garden center serves nice regular dishes. The portions are large so poor eaters be mindful while placing your order. The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating. The store offers a good bargain especially when it comes to toys. The play area has a zip line and kids love it. The place may not be suitable for people who need wheelchair assistance.

What a little gem of a place. Lots to see and do great for families. Great selection of animals and birds that you can feed. Food from the shop is very reasonably priced at 50p a bag . Fantastic play spaces indoors and outdoors. The cafe / restaurant is delightful and very cosy with a log fire. Food was delicious and very sensibly priced. Loved spending time there and I would highly recommend a visit.

The whole team, Lee, John, Stuart and Jordan worked well together through sun wind and rain to produce an extremely well finished block paved driveway and fencing. It looks amazing, we are very happy with the result and would definitely use Flawless again. The guys were always on time cleared up after themselves and very polite and helpful. Lee and his team have completely transformed our patio and paths on a job covering nearly 200 sqm using a great quality product and some innovative designs in and around the layout. They also provided me with a great drainage solution which was called into action within a few days of the job being finished as it coped perfectly with 2 or 3 days of persistent heavy rain. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who wants a thoroughly professional job doing..large or small. importantly, Lee is a particularly good communicator who is always very prompt in his replies to queries and or arrangements etc... Lee and his team have a great work ethic, they have full respect for the customer and their needs, great care was taken to avoid disturbing established garden features and plants etc.. throughout the 4 weeks they were on site. Lee is a completely honest guy..a really genuine man of his word (old school style...like my dad was) who offers a fantastic attention to detail from estimate through to completion and all done at a very fair rate and is great value. Having had bad experiences with builders in the past I am happy to say that the quality of Lee's workmanship and his highly professional and polite attitude, coupled with his really proactive approach to all aspects of a job have restored my faith in his profession. A job very well done...couldn't be happier.

Excellent service and would highly recommend. In addition to the expected work (laying a new lawn), Lee pointed out a few areas where he thought the garden could be improved and when I agreed, carried out the work within the original price. This included improving the borders and pathway by adding granite chips and some brickwork to protect the grass border. It is obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in the finish and works with the owner to get the best results. The follow up care is also excellent. My dog removed and shredded one of the turf sections and when I told Lee, he simply replaced the turf for me. (Thank you) Lee communicated well with me arrange dates for the work and when the schedule slipped slightly (due to the weather - he had warned me it might, when we agreed the provisional dates) he let me know and we agreed a new date with no problems.

They did a fantastic job of laying our new patio stones as well as replacing our old back fence with a new one.
