Excellent ongoing work by Tom and his team Very courteous and professional and are able to deal with all our requirements in a total garden makeover from dealing with daily garden maintenance to complicated planting and planning in a large 17th century house garden.

Tom and the team have undertaken numerous works for us including creating new plant beds, construction of a pergola, replacing paving with turf, and converting a lawn into a wildflower meadow. Tom is thorough in understanding the client’s requirements, pricing these accordingly and delivering as specified. He will consult throughout the process and seek opportunities for improvement on cost, time and quality. The result is every piece of work has been excellent and good value for money.

Very happy, throughout the process Simon's only concern was that I was happy with the work, rather than making money. As soon as he finished the job he said if there are any issues with the work let me know, and indeed as soon as I texted him about an issue, I had a response within 10 minutes. It's so refreshing not having to chase people! The issue was nothing to do with his work, rather it was Redrow (house builder's) poor workmanship, that became visible after Simon's job. Nevertheless, he came round promptly and tidied it up free of charge.

The seven battered old fence panels were replaced along with the ivy clinging to them and the new ones change the whole appearance of the garden for the better, Very pleased with the work done, all the old panels were removed and everywhere left clean and tidy.

Derek and Georgie carried out an extension to our existing patio and found an almost match to the existing slab. It is just under two years since Derek and Paul built our garden, and at the time we said it was magnificent. Looking back now, over time, it has given us immeasurable pleasure, and their attention to detail was wonderful. So we thought we'd write this second review by way of thanks.

Derek and his team did an excellent job with our back garden. We were very impressed with how thorough he was in the beginning and talked us through the whole project and what would be expected. We had some idea of what we wanted, and Derek helped us shape this and provide his own ideas of what we could do, which we really valued. It took us a long time to get him booked in (5 months, so book well in advanced), but when he confirmed a date, the work was completed in good time and completed with excellent quality. He was conscious of doing an excellent job, but also considered the implications of the decisions too. For example, we asked for an area to be covered in patio slabs, and Derek mentioned that we also need to consider the drainage required for such a job. He factored this into the work, and given the rain we have had over the past couple of months, we've been very thankful of the knowledge he had to ensure that the job is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. We would highly recommend Derek to others and will happily use him again.

I love my garden but do not like gardening and over the years I have had the help of several gardeners. Following a major re-design four years ago I needed help to maintain what had been done and get help to build on the design as the new planting started to mature. After investigating several firms and meeting Andrew it was obvious that The Drew Neat team had the skill and creativity that I was looking for. Now in the third year of our relationship I have a wonderful garden to enjoy during all seasons.

I have used Drew Neat Gardening Services for a year now. Initially there was a significant amount of work needed to get the garden back in shape. Subsequently the focus has been on maintenance and improvement by additional planting and moving some plants. Everything has been done to a very high standard and Nicki as my main point of contact has been extremely professional and helpful. The regular maintenance visits have always left the garden looking very attractive.

We have found all the staff extremely polite,friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. Recently Konkers came to our office in Wateringbury to do a big clear out on our garden area. They did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations at a reasonable price. To put into perspective, the area was really badly overgrown (We would have probably taken over a week to clear it and countless trips to the local tip) but they did it in under 3 days and also organised a skip for the cuttings/debris. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the weeds on our paths with the jet-wash. We have since agreed a maintanice timetable with them as we were so happy. Highly reccomend using Konkers for your home/commercial properties.

Ink to Barrow have just completed a large raised stone terrace project for us and we could not be more delighted. Everyone involved were extremely pleasant to have around daily and polite, friendly and considerate. Great work ethic and meticulous with the quality of the workmanship. Everything was left tidy at the end of each day as well as at the end of the job. Absolutely perfect. We are so pleased with the quality of the work and can’t wait for stage two later this year as we create the rest of the terrace on the other side of the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
