John is a life saver! I had water running down the front of my building late one night. Although I managed to stop it, I called John at 6am the next morning and he was there by 8am. He found the problem quickly, removed any associated materials (which were quite bulky and sodden) and charged a very reasonable rate. Thanks so much John and definitely recommended 👍
