We recently worked with Swan Lofts & Extensions Surrey to create a new kitchen extension, upstairs bathroom and garden renovation. Swan where professional and organised from the start. They really listened to what we wanted to achieve with our build and produced a detailed plan and timeline of how we would get there. The attention to detail and care that was taken with our home really took the sting and stress out of having extensive building work done. On top of that everyone we worked with from Swan was friendly, communicative and easy to work with, just what you need from your building team.

Karl and his excellent team did an amazing job for us in Ashtead. They extended and fully renovated our house with a new roof, new windows, plus a new kitchen and lounge in a new 100m2 extension - taking our tired 1960s bungalow into the 21st century.
