We went with GJL over other builders as Gary was completely honest and open about the limitations and options for our new patio - as well as being competitively priced. For example, he discussed drainage and leveling issues with us in detail, ensuring we were absolutely happy with the implications - no other builders even mentioned these potential pit falls. He listened to all of our requests, made informed decisions and communicated his intentions at every stage. As a result, we got a beautiful and perfectly laid patio, exactly as we wanted it, with none of the shortfalls that we would have experienced with other builders. Highly recommended.

The team arrived on time, as expected, came prepared with their tools and materials and took the time to go through with me what the plans were, in order to prepare for and lay the base.
