We were so impressed with Palmscapes from start to finish and would highly recommend them for any garden project. We were so fortunate to have chosen Palmscapes of Whiteley to redesign and landscape our rear garden from an untidy grass/slab area into a wonderful aesthetic Porcelain patio bordered by granite setts. From the moment they arrived to the time that they completed the project the team of 3 were extremely professional, kind, helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to employ them again in the future.

Paul and Matt laid a new porcelain patio for us in July. I had a number of quotes but Paul's was the most thorough and his response over email was really quick, so it felt like he was engaged with the project from the beginning. The quote was detailed and we probably amended it 7 or 8 times because I wanted to get all the details in from the beginning. Even so, we made some additions near the end that Paul was happy to quote for and carry out. The guys were at our house for about 3 weeks and did a very thorough job from start to finish. They kept mess to a minimum, didn't make that much noise(compared to a project over the road)and tidied up every night. The end result is really impressive - straight lines are straight, gaps consistent, curves measured our precisely, everything rock solid, level and how it should be. The patio is exactly what we wanted and visitors are always impressed by how it looks and the attention to small details.

We are so pleased with our new patio area and grass. Paul and Nathan were on time, tidy, friendly and professional. We totally recommend using Palmscapes and we will using them again soon.

Bay landscapes recently finished transforming our tired and waterlogged back garden into a lovely private garden space. Superb workmanship and attention to detail through every part of the build. Just need the sun to come out so we can enjoy it.

Ali and Mike have just completed our garden. This included removing 60tn of old soil and rubble. They installed a gabion retaining wall around the back garden, laid 85m2 of porcelain, built a brick wall and finished the whole project to the highest standard. I contacted Ricky around just after Christmas to do my garden. At the time it was an overgrown grass garden. Ricky and his team turned it into the stunning the garden in the pictures below. From the initial conversation I had with Ricky I was impressed with his customer service, knowledge and professionalism. We had Ricky, Brandon and Lloyd work on our garden recently, and they did an amazing job! They created a fabulous two-tier landscape for us, complete with steps using reclaimed bricks, an oak planter, and beautifully laid porcelain slabs. They were all very polite and always kept the site tidy. Despite the recent extreme heat and unpredictable rain, they worked very hard to stay on schedule and always kept a positive attitude. Ricky was really patient with us, taking the time to discuss different options whenever we had questions. We’re thrilled with the outcome and we wouldn’t hesitate to have them back for more work in the future.

Ricky was recommended to me by my mum's occupational therapist. She needed her garden adapted to make it safer. Ricky widened her block paving path. He mounted a set of handrails at her back door and also created a large, safe step. Mum loves tending her flower pots, so to make it easier for her, Ricky created a wooden raised platform for the pots to stand on. Ricky did an excellent job and his communication was always clear and prompt. He finished the job well within timescale and cleared everything away leaving the garden safe for mum. I would highly recommend.

Had patio cleaned, extended and repointed properly to match original. One side of garden dug out and replaced with pebble border for pots. Much easier now for me to keep tidy. Large Pittisporum tree that was looking rather untidy was trimmed and reshaped. Very pleased with all the work carried out, big thanks to Francis, Reilly, Robin and Kelly, who were punctual, extremely tidy and worked very hard to make the garden and patio look so much better. We have been extremely happy with all aspects of the design and construction of our steps, patio (with drainage slots) and raised bed. It was quite a constricted area to work in but the end result is great. We are looking forward to next spring when phase 2 of the Helyers design can be constructed.
