Winchester Landscapes has completed two projects for us, six years apart. The enduring quality of the first project, the repaving of a courtyard, led us to choose the firm for the second project, the hard landscaping of a new patio, gradual steps to our garden and paving. Simon and Mike have transformed our weed ridden old paving stone patio into a stunning bright new patio area. The old walls were removed and three skip loads of soil removed to lower the area. New brick walls and steps were built and a soak away with Aco drainage installed. Previously there had been a pooling of water after heavy rain. Simon took time to listen to what I wanted done in my garden. His quote gave a clear and itemized breakdown of the costs. Access was difficult, and the team was careful to protect our property. There was no collateral damage in spite of some large equipment being brought onto site. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. A very stress free project!
