Thanks to Tom and his great team for an outstanding job of removing an old fence and gate and replacing with a new one with concrete posts , treated panels and a smashing gate etc. Superb service and nothing too much trouble. Tom and his team are absolutely brilliant. From the first phone conversation, Tom was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful - and above all friendly, which was very comforting and reassuring when undertaking a big project. Our garden was a mess but it is now transformed in to a beautiful, family space which provides relaxation for the grown ups and play space for the kids. The work was professionally done and Tom is a real perfectionist so the finished product is great. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result.

Tom and his crew were professional right from the getgo. Tom responded promptly when I was researching and worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted within my budget. He was open to my ideas and I was happy to listen to his suggestions. The site was kept clean and tidy whilst under construction and the driveway was tarped so all deliveries went on the tarpaulin. No big deal you think? But I thought that was an attention to detail that showed respect to my property. All the crew were friendly and polite.

We contacted Tom at Clear Space Ground are Solutions to have our 24 year old fence replaced with concrete posts and gravel boards with feather edge panels. We have a very busy and full garden! My wife is the gardener and it's her passion so it was imperative that the fence was of the best quality. After a site inspection we were given a written quote. It wasn't the price that sealed the deal. It was the promise of a first class and excellent fence. Throughout the complete build we were constantly consulted regarding protecting garden plants etc. We had to move the green house first! The completed fence along with a new gate to match is absolutely wonderful and certainly makes a massive improvement to our garden.
Tom and his team kept the area clean and were meticulous with their work. On completion all debris and rubbish was removed leaving a very clean area.
We can't thank the team enough and would highly recommend them for any projects.

Tom was so good at talking through the work, describing potential problems, understanding what I was trying to achieve and coming up with workable solutions. He has the patience of a saint!!! But I'm so incredibly grateful to him and his team for the brilliant work they've done, re-establishing a front boundary and completely clearing a huge overgrown and neglected greenhouse and veg patch.
