No need to go to a big garden centre, or shop online, with this wonderful shop in Shaftesbury. They sell Dalefoot compost, seasonal plants, a great selection of spring bulbs, and right now it has delightful Christmas decorations. Local delivery is on offer too. Buy local and support small businesses.
The putting shed is one of the loveliest independent garden shops I've ever been to! Situated right next to the idyllic hub that is Swans Yard, it offers a wonderful selections of plants, composts and garden accessories and furniture. The staff are great, knowledgeable and willing to offer advice and guidance to help you find what you're looking for! Couldn't recommend it enough!
New owner. Lovely walled gardens with lots of plants for sale. Plenty of gift ideas on the shop. Superb location right in the middle of Shaftesbury.
Nick went out of his way to help, replying to emails on a Sunday! Good range of Dalesfoot composts and other gardening products. All available with friendly social distancing.
