I would like to share my experience of Phil's work. From the planning of the fence work, through too the completion. Also, his time keeping and tidiness is first class. He is a perfectionist and comes up with some good ideas. We would have no hesitation in recommending him. I have more garden work that needs to be done soon, so I will be having him back shortly.

Beautiful garden centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely cafe with plenty of seating outdoors. We took our dog with us and as long as they are on a lead they are welcome around the centre and also welcome in the outside seating area. Our pooch also got some treats from one of the staff which was lovely. Food was really nice, we had a tuna melt flatbread which came with salad. Generous portion. Great atmosphere coming up to xmas and good value on plants. I bought my son a young bay tree for his garden and very reasonable and healthy tree.

Only visited the Glass house cafe on this trip after a long walk at Parley common on a very cold day! The service at the cafe was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. We ordered the homemade stew with crusty bread and it was delicious! Plenty of chunky and tender beef. The only thing missing was a good ol dumpling! Would return again if in the area.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service from Pierre when we purchased a Hercules Octagonal 6'x6' greenhouse. This was superbly installed by Peter, who made what looked a very complicated job look easy. Very satisfied from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend this local company.

We brought a garden studio and can't fault the greenhouse people/Malvern - Pierre was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly, he even found our final garden studio after working hard to make our first choice fit into our garden. We would thoroughly recommend the quality over anyone else locally.

The second visit I made to Ferndown was when we knew what sort of summerhouse we were looking for. This was when we met Ursa and she has guided us through the process. She has been fabulous, from the very start she obviously knew the selection of products really well. She was friendly and professional and we were extremely pleased with our choice. Throughout the process both Ursa and James the installer kept us up-to-date with what was happening. Our choice is an ex-display model from the Southampton branch. The British weather hampered progress somewhat but we have been grateful that James came out on a Saturday to fit the summerhouse. We are very pleased with it. The new floor has a split in it which is a shame. James worked hard to get the door to shut and it nearly does, it does lock. Our only gripe is the finish on the roofing felt. In the photo you can see how the log store nails are carefully spaced and the felt cut neatly, but above you can see the difference in the standard of the finish of the summerhouse felt. We are are thankful for the useful advice about the care of the summerhouse wood and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Thank you you for all of your invaluable support throughout the process of choosing, buying and installing our new summerhouse.

Just ordered some chippings in bulk bag will be delivered 10 days time as not in stock. Very helpfull staff member also gave advise on my block paver maintenance.

Bought 16 square metre of sandstone here with a bag of washed grit. Best price I could find and delivered for free. Very helpful and friendly staff too. Thanks. Patio looks good too.

Stephen is an experienced gardener who has a good eye for seeing what needs to be done. His experience also makes him very efficient with the time spent. My garden is looking so much healthier and happier since he came along to take care of it.

We have found Steve very helpful in completely managing our garden for us. He "just gets on with it" and offers great advice on what plants to put where and when to do it. He always lets us know what day and at what time he will be coming and replies promptly to any queries we may raise. His work ethic is amazing, but will gratefully accept a cup of builders tea, if offered. All in all, we are totally pleased with everything he has done for us and would confidentially recommend him to anyone looking for a gardener.

An excellent gardener with a star qualities. His work ethic and personable nature are head and shoulders above the rest. Stephen is a qualified horticulturalist with exceptional plant knowledge and experience. Many times we have gone to him for advice. Garden maintenance is just the start as he will help you in the greenhouse/nursery, choosing the right plants for your garden and produce fresh veg.
