The Park Dental Practice people never fail to impress me with their prompt, friendly and professional attention to my teeth. I've been a patient with the practice for well over 50 years and, although I no longer live in Poole, I have no intention of going elsewhere. I was slightly disappointed that my 1:30/2:00pm appointments had been switched, but it didn't affect my ability to get to my next, 3pm appointment; this thanks to the kind invitation of a fellow patient who volunteered to swap her 2pm slot.

Very friendly staff. Receptionist, Amy, is very welcoming. The dentist Ioannis is excellent and there appears to be a good understanding between him & the dental nurse who is very efficient. He explained the cause of the issue and what needed to be done. Carried out the work & clearly explained what to do for the next few days to aid recovery. Well done.

I have been a client since the 1990's. Farid and his team are always kind, friendly, understanding and professional. I couldn't imagine going elsewhere. I have the utmost trust in Farid and the staff at the practice and highly and wholeheartedly recommend. Additionally, all set within a stunning interior with beautiful surroundings....which somewhat help to settle any pre dentistry nerves!

This has been my dental practise for a few years and where I've undergone the most difficult of denistry work in my life. I'm an oldie so the first time I remember going to a dentist was 70 years ago. Farid's surgery is a welcoming bright affair which is far removed from the dismal dentists of the 1950s. Farid has done a lot of work renewing for me 40 and 50 year-old fillings and performing an extremely long procedure where it was necessary to remove a 35 year old cracked root canal filling with the added complication that my own bone had grown over part of the filling. The work was finalised by filling that gap with an implant along with a second implant. He has been so thorough and it's not been quick work. He has constantly checked progress never rushing and given plenty of time for my gum to settle, testing for bone strength, adding bone where necessary doing umpteen x-rays, photographing with a 'thing' I've never seen before. Shall we say I don't think it would have been possible to be any more thorough in any way. Farid's team were himself and always 2 of his assistants in my procedures and all are clearly professional and competent with Farid constantly issuing soft speedy instructions many times a minute which gave me confidence throughout the many hours of complicated dentistry work I've had done. Even with the 2+hour long procedure to remove the root canal filling which my own bone had grown over, there was no aftermath pain other than needing a few paracetamols for a few days and salt water washes. I completely recommend this dental practise and thank all the charming team for making it as pleasurable as dentistry can be.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! I've had so many compliments. I would highly recommend Dental on the Banks for teeth whitening - results and service excellent!

100% recommended for Invisalign treatment. Both my sister and I have had orthodontic treatment at dental on the banks and very happy indeed. What I feel really stands out is that post treatment they are still extremely helpful in any aftercare. Friendly reception team and clearly very experienced dental professionals. For anyone considering dental Implants I cannot recommend highly enough. Henne and Vicky are so relaxed and competent and explain procedures the whole way along . Pricing is transparent too . The after care and hygiene practices are also outstanding . To have this procedure done locally cannot be under rated . I had far higher quotes abroad and add to that the cost of travel and the time needed there before you could fly . This was my best choice ever !

Upton Dental are an excellent practice, I had an emergency appointment today (as I had to cancel last weeks) nothing was too much trouble from the staff on reception to the nurses & dental surgeons they are all so professional from start to finish. I have been seeing Michael for a long while now so this review is long overdue! I'm a very nervous client so finding a new dentist was daunting, as I had an anazimg dentist in London and I did not ever think he could be replaced until I met Michael, he managed to exceed all my expectations and more. Recently he extracted my upper wisdom tooth, which I can honestly say I felt no pain throughout my tooth extracton or after my tooth extraction, I did not even require any pain killers at all. Actually I called in the day after saying is it normal to not feel any pain what so ever?! as this seemed not right to me :) All I can say is what a perfect extraction!! Not only is Michael talented at his job, he also really cares about his client's and he really listens to any concerns you may have. Professional in every area of dentistry, thank you Michael and your team, I'm very blessed to have found you 😊

Just changed from NHS with Bupa in westbourne. What a difference! Initial check up was very thorough and two fillings today were carried out so smoothly and Michael made me feel quite at ease and feel confident with his assessment of future treatment. Would recommend.

Always a pleasant experience. From the receptionist to Michael welcoming and put at ease. Michael is very gentle and explains everything. I felt 'in charge" as able to stop just by raising my hand (which I didn't need to do) I would highly recommend this dental practice. My daughter and her small children are wanting to attend as Michael is so good with children. Surgery and waiting area are spotlessly clean. I no longer dread my visits since seeing Michael.

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

A really nice guy. Turned up on time with a great solution to a tricky problem. After a discussion as to how best to provide the lighting we desired Derek suggested a solution which fitted in perfectly with our "minds eye picture" Two days later he returned as promised with all the parts and specialist tools to complete the job. Finished the job in a couple of hours and tidied up like he had never been there. Very pleased with the quality and value for money. We recommend them.

Derek at Amped was great to deal with. We had an electrical issue that left us without heating or hot water. He came out really quickly to both quote and start the work - meaning our heating was restored much sooner than initially thought. He was reliable, showing up when promised and also responding to our questions via text within an hour on average. Lastly, he found a way to get the electrical job done with minimal disruption to our home, and concealed the areas that were necessarily disrupted by the work he undertook. We've got other jobs that need doing this year, and based on this first job, we will definitely be getting back in touch with Amped.

We had water damage from an overflowing bath and as a result one of the electrical circuits in the house was not working. Our engineer was able to set this right at once by putting back the appropriate switch on the circuit breaker to the normal position, the water ingress having dried out. Apart from fixing it, the engineer explained everything most clearly, answered all our questions and was able to put our minds at rest regarding the incident & its effects. He was extremely helpful & thoughtful, and we would be more than delighted to recommend both him and Amped thoroughly.

We used Amped Electrical Dorset most recently to install three wall lights to update our home. The work was carried out quickly and very efficiently, cables being chased into the walls with the very minimum of disruption and all mess tidied away. Derek was also able to advise us on the best, up-to-date fixtures to use. We have also used Amped Electrical to replace outdated sockets and fit attractive LED lighting to our staircase. Each time we’ve been impressed with the quality of the work and Derek’s friendly and efficient work ethic. Highly recommended.

I bought a new house where GH Electrical had done the electrics on the new build. Since then Guy and his team have helped me out with many electrical issues, installing an alarm, doing all the wiring for my garden office, cameras and other electrical requirement. I cannot praise Guy and his team enough. They always come out in a really swift timeframe and are professional, reasonably priced and great at what they do. I would not use any other electrician in the area.

Absolutely outstanding! Words cannot describe how amazing dr Visser and the whole team are at the Olab! I was so nervous and embarrassed with how my teeth were and had put off visiting a dentist for years as I was expecting the worst!
