From contacting Luke, right through to him carrying out the job, it was a great experience. I contacted Luke to clean our very difficult roof. Within a few hours I had a quote and on the basis that we had already obtained 2 other quotes, we instructed Luke to carry out the work. He came and carried out the cleaning of our roof and we were so happy with the end result. Very professional throughout, competitive quote and overall, a happy customer. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Great experience with PureGem who cleaned our roof today. A family company who did a fantastic job. Luke and his sons were friendly and polite (even helped me lift a heavy parcel into the house which arrived whilst they were here!). Great service from PureGem, Freezing weather and still came to clean our roof. After cleaning the house looks so different. Honestly thought our house had grey slates, nope after cleaning they are terracotta which has totally changed the look of the house. Can’t recommend them enough. Professional and Friendly.
