Lived in my current home almost 3 years and FINALLY found a decent window cleaning service. I understand how hard it is when you're living in 3 story accommodation but their service and thoroughness is fantastic. A reminder text the day before really does help so the side gate can be left open. A leaflet through the door for payment reminder with BACs details on. Just what I need. Wouldn't consider anyone else now and have recommended to the estate and family already. 😊

Preen & Clean have been cleaning our windows now since around May time - they always turn up on time, do a very thorough job, leaving the windows, window sills and doors looking very shiny and new! Invoices are always sent promptly with clear instructions on how to pay and using what references. We get the service a bit less frequently than they advertise (8 weeks instead of 4) at a slightly higher individual service cost than having it done every 4 weeks, but they were very accomodating with this. Very happy with the service.
