Caleb and the team did a great job on repairing my loft conversion kept me well informed with what was taking place and very polite and approachable would highly recommend and definitely using him again

Work executed to an exceptional high standard and Caleb dealt with an unforeseen problem on the day at no extra cost . He certainly went above and beyond dealing with a leaking flat roof / dormer, refurbishing the entire flat roof at a very reasonable price .He kept me informed at all stages of the work . I can strongly recommend South East building for being on the job at 0730 starting work and completion at 0700

Caleb replaced our garage roof with a rubber one and did an excellent job, we were very pleased with the quality of the work. It is nice to meet a honest tradesmen, he is highly recommended by us.
