I cannot say thank you enough! With depression and physical disabilities, my mum had let her home spiral out of control in keeping her place habitable. I had tried to introduce my her to hoarding experts over the years as I could not manage this single handedly, but she didn't want anyone but me in her home. I found this website beginning of the year, Mum met Charlotte, and that was it ...... she warmed instantly to her by understanding why her place got to this state. Charlotte explained what they could offer and accomodated all queries & requests my Mum had. We booked in shortly after ...... and just wow! The amount of hard work by all three friendly and professional ladies, with attention to detail and upmost care for the sentimental items amongst the rubbish, the place looked like my childhood home again. My Mum is so happy, and I can't begin to explain what it means to me, knowing she is not living as she was. I would highly recommend this company (and have already done so to a friend for a standard deep clean).

I asked Love Filthy Cleaning to help me with an intense cleaning prior to an event at my home. They were wonderful! The three ladies who came were both professional and personable. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard. The job they did was excellent and they repeatedly offered to fix anything I was not satisfied with. I was not only satisfied, but extremely impressed with the thoroughness of their efforts. Baseboards, on top of furniture, door thresholds .... they cleaned it all without having to be asked. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for help with a cleaning job. Thanks again, Charlotte, Emma and Charlie!

This was the best cleaning service we ever had for our place! The flat was a complete mess and needed a huge amount of work, with the presence of big amounts of cat hair, dust, dirt, grime etc. The LFC team went above and beyond to have everything done within the initially estimated time and quote and it was worth every penny. Although they arrived a bit later than agreed on due to traffic conditions, this was communicated and they did not substract the delay from the work time. They also navigated in a very organized and professional way the cluttered rooms and narrow spaces. We had been worried about too many things being in their way but not only did they get everything spotless, they also managed to move a lot of the furniture and belongings around for a thorough clean then return everything to the initial spot without any issues. When in doubt, we were asked what to do with anything that was in the way. The team was friendly and professional and we definitely felt reassured about the ongoing process when seeing the attention to detail and care they put into everything, no matter how small. The tour of the rooms at the end was amazing, the flat was absolutely transformed and Charlotte pointed out all relevant details about what had been done. The communication was excellent from start to end, Charlotte was extremely helpful and detailed in discussing and organizing this so we would get the necessary services within our budget. Our emails go back to November as I was trying to organize this while still being abroad and we were in touch after completion of the job also, to sort out a mix-up with one of the trashbags that was not actually trash. Charlotte was supportive and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We can tell from our entire exchange and experience that the entire team is extremely dedicated to their work, and we were beyond impressed with the process as a whole. We highly recommend LFC and we are so happy and grateful for the love and new life they gave to our flat!

I am glad that I found this firm for a deep clean of my home. They arrived only a little late, for which they apologised. Advised that the deep clean needs two days. Three very friendly people, 7 hours on the first day. My home already looks so much better, at a very reasonable cost of £550. I would recommend them.

LF Cleaning have done a truly remarkable job carrying out deep cleaning and steaming of carpets! Charlotte and Emma were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I have been blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail and just how lovely they both were in their manner (even the neighbours commented on how hard working they were).
