Fabulous service - Adam was quick to respond and was able to arrange for carpet cleaning the next day with Sean who was lovely and super polite. All carpets look so much better and they managed to get some tough stains out too! Would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with the service. Adam was friendly and nice all along. I have all of my carpets and sofa as well as some kitchen chairs and benches. I found out some stains on the sofa the day after the cleaning and they came back quickly to try to make it better. Overall very pleased with the service and highly recommended.

Amazing, smooth communication and speedy service arrangement. I was able to book Friday morning on a Tuesday! Adam gave a quotation based on our floor plan and is very reasonable. Sean was polite and efficient, leaving the house all clean! Would recommend!

Adam was polite and friendly while being quick at responding and giving me a quote straight away with pictures as guidance. Shaun came today and was very polite, friendly and efficient, he done an amazing job on my front room carpet, stairs and landing. I honestly thought my front room carpet was beyond saveable with two toddlers, a new puppy and an adult cat. As well with my partner who is a recent amputee and struggles to take his shoe off his prosthetic leg which means he is wearing dirty shoes round the house. The carpet looks and smells amazing. It looks almost brand new again, I am now excited to put our Christmas tree up and have guests round knowing that the carpets are fresh and clean and no longer embarrassing to look at! No doubt I will be seeing them again in the future. The service was spectacular and the price was very reasonable. I am beyond impressed. Thank you!

I am most happy with Riverside Cleaning. Speed, efficiency and ultra polite are the words I'd use to describe them. I was able to send pictures of a chair, bench cushion and sofa bed that needed cleaning in order to get a quote, which saved a lot of time. As a result, I was given an appointment within less than 3 days to do the job. Sean was not only most pleasant but also very knowledgeable and very very honest explaining that steam cleaning my sofa bed would do more damage than good because of the type of fabric. He gave me some alternatives to get a few more years out of my sofa bed despite the not so bright looking fabric, which was very kind of him. He was a delight to deal with: very polite, patient and discreet. Chair and bench cushion which he was able to clean came out great. I am very happy and will definitely reach out to them again.
