They replaced the gable tiles, delivering exactly what they promised and more. During the initial visit, Matt examined the issue and explained the necessary work. He even returned to show me an example of a nearby house that demonstrated what the work would entail. He provided as much information as possible without pressuring me to commit. They then gave me a written quote with a detailed description of the tasks involved. Since I know little about roofing, having a written description was helpful in making an informed decision. On the scheduled workday, the team arrived on time and completed the job as outlined in the quote. The entire process was professional, transparent and efficient! After completing the quoted work, I asked them to handle some additional roof maintenance tasks, including replacing damaged tiles around the house. Although these tasks were not included in the original quote, they kindly carried them out at no extra charge. Their willingness to help beyond the quoted work was genuine.
