Billy and John initially came round to quote for a roof repair but it became apparent that the underlying structure was going to compromise the quality of any repairs done and in the end we agreed to a full roof replacement. They did a great job, and got it done in record time! The team are hard working, have an eye for detail, care about quality, and their customer service and communication is of a high standard. Good communication and caring about getting the best outcome for the client is so important - it really helped create a positive experience from a very stressful situation. Billy was doing some work for my neighbour . I asked him if he could paint some woodwork on my property while he was on the roof . He did this and also spent some time clearing build up on my roof by hand and cleaning front fascia’s for a very reasonable price . He and his partner were very polite and professional .

He has a good eye and a commitment to doing the job properly. He kept us well informed and sent photos of the problems and the work in progress.
