I have been working with Northstar for over 15 years in a professional capacity. They are ALL extremely pleasant and helpful, their knowledge is second to none, as a landlord my properties are often left in a less than ideal condition but they never complain they just get on with it and the results are always 10/10. Had my carpet cleaned today at 3.30 by Matthew a genuine lovely guy who knew what he was doing and left our 10year old carpet looking brand new. Cannot fault this company at all and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

Excellent service. Tech Matthew was lovely and put in 100%! Our carpets weren’t that old and one room had been used to keep our dog in and he had been doing his business under a table without me realising so we had a massive wee stain to contend with! But Matthew brought the carpet back to how it look when we first moved in (see before and after pics). Had whole house done a well and I’m really pleased with every room, freshened the carpets at a minimal cost compared to replacing the at £2000! Would highly recommend North Star Cleaning.
