This is the first time my family have had home cleaning and we are so glad that we used the services of Bright and Beautiful. We recently had a deep clean, and the cleaners exceeded our expectations. All rooms were immaculate, dusting, hoovering was fantastic. Our oven desperately needed a clean, and now it looks brand new. In addition to this, the time and energy that it saves my family now is just a no brainer for this quality of work. I’m so grateful to the cleaners and this service. Very happy with the service received - I organised a deep clean for my mum’s home and the house is sparkling! From first meeting Jag, I was able to discuss my requirements and show her around. We had some limescale issues in some of the bathrooms and the ladies have done a fantastic job in clearing it. I booked for a deep clean from A's Cleaning and I found the service really straight forward and professional, from the start of booking to final checks by the manager. I loved receiving a list of all the work to be completed and a final check up by the manager. The cleaners did a superb job! I will definitely continue to go back for future cleaning jobs!

Sarah and her team were fantastic! From the beginning Sarah was communicative and helpful, and was so accommodating with a last minute date change. We booked a move in clean for a very old property that needed a lot of work to make it safe for a baby to live in, and Sarah was so diligent in the quality of the clean, coming back after the scheduled clean to finish bits off. So happy with the service and can’t recommend them enough. We won’t hesitate to use their regular clean service in the future. A's Cleaning Maids did a superb job on a full-house clean. They were thorough, punctual and efficient and came back the following day to finish the job when it took slightly longer than expected. We will definitely use them again.

I have to admit I’m always one to try and save a penny or two so this was the first time I have had my oven professionally cleaned, why have I never done it before! Absolutely worth every penny. I added on the hob clean too and we do clean it after most uses but having it deep cleaned has brought it back to life. Highly recommend!

Although I personally was looking for more domestic work from Pro-clean, Andy was quickly to respond and quote me on my oven & carpets cleaned. I can’t actually explain how disgusting our double oven, hob, extractor fan & splash back was when we moved in. I had CCS Kent come out and clean the carpets of my one bedroom flat when I first moved in. The carpets were incredibly dirty but Tristan made them come up a treat. Excellent service. Tech Matthew was lovely and put in 100%! Our carpets weren’t that old and one room had been used to keep our dog in and he had been doing his business under a table without me realising so we had a massive wee stain to contend with! But Matthew brought the carpet back to how it look when we first moved in (see before and after pics). Had whole house done a well and I’m really pleased with every room, freshened the carpets at a minimal cost compared to replacing the at £2000! Would highly recommend North Star Cleaning.

I have been working with Northstar for over 15 years in a professional capacity.
