Sam went above and beyond to explain the problem with photos and videos - complete transparency. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Totally amazed by what this company have achieved with my patio clean. It was old and grubby and now it’s gleaming like new! Makes me smile everytime I go into the garden now. Sam did a great job of cleaning my gutters and advising me regarding their upkeep. Both he and Mark are very friendly, professional and efficient. Sam really went the extra mile scoping out a problem with my roof (something I had asked him to do), showing and sending me photos and videos and advising me on next steps/possible contacts to use. This is the second time I have used Sam and I would recommend him wholeheartedly! Definitely a good guy and reasonably priced. Thank you.
