Extremely satisfied and impressed from start to finish with the communication and service received when recently using Botley Carpet Cleaners. Although the owners were away on holiday I received a prompt email replying to my initial enquiry regarding the Deep Cleaning of 3 a Bed House and Profesional Cleaning of all Carpets. I Immediately agreed the quote & paid deposit on completing booking online. They arrived at the property on time with all cleaning equipment and products required. Chris & Clair are a lovely friendly couple, they worked exceptionally hard for 7 hours doing an excellent job on an old property. Amazed how well the carpets looked after being cleaned especially the lounge carpet which was very badly stained. The house smelt gorgeous.
