We have only just changed across to Crystal View Cleaning and I must say we were not disappointed. Their attention to detail and wish to deliver an exceptionally high standard of professional quality end product to meet the customers needs was evident from start to finish. Ashley was thorough and responded to all our needs for a full external clean of gutters (also vacuumed), downpipes, soffits, fascias, conservatory, windows and all pvc frames. The use of the Pure Water system has also left our windows truly clean and sparkling. We also had the delightful Emily undertake the cleaning of all our internal windows. What a bonus getting internal and external done together. She was so considerate of our property, taking care wherever she went and delivered an exceptional service. Their communication is very good and you know 24 hrs ahead of timed scheduled visits and they keep to time. We are delighted and have signed up for twice yearly internals and regular six weekly external clean. I approached James about gutter cleaning and within 24 hours he had visited site to provide a full quotation, shared alongside a video to highlight exactly what would be covered in the job. A fantastic family run business. We get our windows cleaned regularly on the outside but recently had the inside done and we are really pleased with the result. Emily was a pleasure to have around the house while I worked from home. The windows look fantastic and I appreciate her taking the time to remove some tiny bits of paint that had found its way onto a couple of the windows. Highly recommend both services!
