Gemma was fantastic. I needed a last minute EPC for my heat pump installation. I called Gemma and she came less than 24 hrs later. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my EPC within a few hours of the visit. Was very impressed and would highly recommend. Thank you Gemma.
Gemma was very personable, prompt,we requested an appointment and received a message whilst she was returning from a holiday and came the following day. She promised to complete the EPC the same day which she followed through. We would certainly use her again.
