It helps a lot to have a text the day before confirming date and time, with a prompt arrival and someone who cracks on, no fuss, and has done a great job at a reasonable price. Village have now cleaned our windows twice and do a great job at a very reasonable price. You know which day they are coming and then you get a text with the time. They show up on when they say they will and clean the windows with minimum fuss. On the last visit they also did a good job cleaning our gutters. We already have them scheduled for another visit in 6 weeks time.
